Well it was above my expectations, really good neat and clean Hotel in Patiala.Good service and the food was also nice.Only drawback was there Wifi which they are improving.Still a good place to stay, would love to stay again whenever I visit patiala again

Attended a wedding ceremony yesterday. Everything is quite fine. But best attraction for me was a gentleman named Mr. Jeewan a bartender. He was such a nice person that I will never forget him. Keep it up.

Great ambience. They have seperate cafe area. Entrence is amazing. We had lunch there, lunch was great. They made specially jain food for us. Both paneer subzi and palak subzi were good in taste and little spicy. Iced tea was great too. Little expensive but great food and quantity is also good. Very good staff and helpful. You can go there with friends and family both. Its a great place to go when youre in patiyala.

It was good!! Nice location near to gurudwara and staff was also very cooperative. Though i stayed for only a night still it was all impressive and comfort zone.Overall it was all good experience, Strange!! Time taken while check out, they sent there staff for room check formalities and it took 15minutes longer than normal time taken.

Well well well! I can only say Wow! The entire place is so beautiful that one cannot take their eyes off. Staff is so familiar and the ambience is immensely calm. We spent a few hours in cafe aroma and we had a nice time. The staff esp ms santosh as very friendly, also the chef made good food. Our 4 year old also ha a wonderful time.

Rooms are spacious.Breakfast buffet was a huge let down.Room service is quick and food tasted good as well.I had extended my stay by a day.. Not sure whether its their protocol but the reception demanded to clear all previous dues (keeping in mind that I had extended my stay).. My request to clear everything while checking out wasnt approved.. Came back in the evening to find my room access revoked.. A slight bummer in the overall experience.

This review is exclusively for the restaurant only .May be , it was one of the odd days for the hotel but we had an entirely forgettable dining experience.1. When large ( wedding type) functions are going on in the premises , restaurant shouldn’t be opened if the guests , after placing the order , are to be told that nothing could be made fresh for more than an hour or so , since all cooks are busy elsewhere. We saw more than one group of guests getting up and leaving disappointed2. From the menu , waiters should know exactly what all is readily available and not return with a sheepish look that so and so item is not available.3. Water in all the taps on ground floor toilets was dirty and dark coloured.4. WiFi connectivity or some other reason made POS machines quite sluggish unnecessarily delaying clearing of the bill.But for the above , we definitely had a great time and yummy , hot food ; courteously served , reasonably quickly.

Hi, usually I don’t review hotels but this one deserves a standing ovation every time I visit the place, the staff is very polite, specially Mr. Pradeep (manager), I have a list to thank them:The chef made my lunch on special request as I was following a special diet and it was amazing..I ordered dinner from my fav place outside but they provided me with cutlery in no time so that I can enjoy my meal.I was served breakfast in the room without any extra charges as I was not sure to step down in the morning due to covid threat..This is my 5-6 visit and since I have started coming here I have stoped trying any place in Patiala. Rooms are clean, you get amazing and yummy food with a lot of varieties in the menu and even at the bar they make your choice of cocktails, I mean everything under one roof, what more you would want?Pradeep is just a call away even being so busy he takes care of your demands, in fact the entire staff is so polite, one more important thing I would like to address... the staff is not polite because they are looking for a tip, they just want your comfort and they are just happy to help with a smile without any demand... hats off “The Shaurya” you deserve the “The” if you know what I mean 😉
