Its a Bata Showroom located at Bhupindra Road, Patiala. It has nice Collection of Men, Women and Child Footwear. There are two levels, Men footwear are loacted on the ground floor and ladies along with child footwear are loacted on first floor. Staff here is good. You can pay by Cash or Credit /Debit Cards here. It can be easily located from Normal Traffic. Ample Parking space is available for Parking here.

The old person at the desk and salesman are extremely rude and have no ethics. I bought a Sandle for my daughter and had specifically asked that if there is a size issue will it be exchanged. I was informed by the sales man that it will be. I went back after just 2 hours and they flatly refused to exchange. Saying once sold it cannot be exchanged ..Extremely dissatisfied with the shop. Bata will be losing its loyal customers if they continue to have such showrooms.

Old man at the billing desk was very rude to me. Stock was also less there. Bata showroom at omaxe mall is far better and having more stock. Was very disappointed by his harsh and rough language.
