Anybody visiting Patiala must visit this place to have good bakery items. Service there is also quick. If you are in a hurry, comment this place and get something to eat. Parking facility also available.

Great food, great mood, I personally like the vibe of the place, as it is less crowded and caters only a certain market neeche, just fantabulous cheese cakes, New York chease cake is to die for...Burgers are super awesome and most importantly fresh as a farm.Would like the place even better if they hosted some fests and offers, and it will bring in more customers too...Finally a great foodie spot in patiala, please keep up the great work....

Food served is tasty and presentable. The only lower part about the outlet is its higher side on prices which looks non reasonable to some extent. The variety of options served is good, though.

Nik Bakers has good and bad points. The interior is spacious, clean and the modern furniture is visually pleasing and comfortable. The service was sub-par. The staff are not very attentive and we had to remind them multiple times to give us our order, and when they actually did, they made mistakes. It was not until we complained to the manager about the incompetence of the workers that our order was corrected. We ordered Mexican, Italian and continental entrees. With the exception of pizzas, all of the food items were good. Much better tasting pizza can be found at other places in Patiala such as Pizza Hut, Dominos, Loh Pizza and La Pinoz. And these places offer way better deals as well. The chocolate cake that he had was quite good. In the past, the cakes and pastries Ive tried here have been over-rated. Other bakeries in Patiala have similar, if not better tasting, cakes and pastries, such as Gopals, Anejas and Vermas, and the prices are less. The absolute worst part about Nik Bakers is the mostly elitist bourgeois clientele who worship it as the ultimate dining symbol status for rich people. Nik Bakers is certainly a nice place to visit, but the service needs improvement, the food items are overpriced, and its perception of catering (pun intended) to the Bourgeoisie is disgusting and repulsive.

Nik Bakers Patiala unlike their other outlets is quite spacious and adequate for a family visit every alternative weekend if you arent bothered by their overpriced menu. The quality you get is great no questions in that and in a place like Patiala where more and more outlets are benefitting from a great jump in consumerism in the recent years an upscale bakery like Nik Bakers is good. Service is great like always, courteous and well informed staff. Their washrooms are messy but clean to an acceptable manner. Interiors are nice and spacious, seating is ergonomically good when youre consuming food. The concept of offering the new items as taste tester is superb and should be implemented everywhere. Coming to food, we ordered several things. Tandoori Pizza is completely skippable please if you really really need to have a pizza only then order. Bagel with cream cheese is subtle and great. Cake shakes are good, try their Strawberry Gateau cake shake (still overpriced but justified). Their healthy veg sandwich is just a sandwich with fancy bread (well its a bakery). Roasted mutton slider (mini burger) is one thing you may try and you might like as well, avoid the Peri Peri slider. Cheese Garlic bread is good. The overall experience was nice and quite satisfactory and would definitely visit again for sure. Music of this place is great and I think they have a great playlist. The guards appointed for assistance does what they are supposed to and are humble in helping you out. A bakery like this in Patiala is surely a great pusher for others to up their game in the same segment or less. I would like to see more tailored items for this branch and preferably some offers for students if possible.

It was good, but the service was not up to the mark and very slow, staff was so reserved, they think as if they are operating in Australia. Only 1 cash counter, you will have to wait in queue till the customers ahead of you fulfill all their fancies. Ambience is very quiet like some mishappening has occurred. Items available on menu are very different, in beverages section they dont offer you cold drink with pizza, you will have to do with very costly mocktail or some shake etc. Overall the place is good but being managed in not so good manner.

Every cake I have tried here is like biting into a piece of heavenly bliss. All their cakes are really unique and so mouthwatering albeit a little expensive but worth it nonetheless. This place made me change my opinion of cheesecakes 😍, absolutely adore them and also fond of the banoffee pie, its my personal favourite 🙃.I dont care for their garlic bread but the patisserie section only warrants appreciation 😁

Finally visited the Patiala outlet. I actually found that its way overpriced for a city like Patiala and the actual food was not justifying the high price. I mean if a 8 pizza costs 450 it should taste exceptionally well to justify its price point. Ambience was great. Need to improve the food quality.Update 14/02/2020I visted the place again with a colleague hoping that the food quality may have improved over the period of time from my last visit. But sadly the below average food is still there. The Pizza Base was literally not good to the extent that even a Dominos worst pizza would actually be great in comparison.PS. Quality of Tissue Paper can also be worked upon.

Overrated and over priced... Also above anything taste is not even good.. if you guys are charging that much at least give taste like theobroma or Big chill cakery. They are way way better than you guys.

Extremely disappointed with customer service.The security guard did allow me take in my small backpack that contained my iPad, a couple of books, my reading glasses and my noise cancelling headphones. The guard was very rude. I told the guard that I have been here multiple times and no one ever told me not to take a bag inside. I left my bag in my car and on entering I found other customers with their bags with them. I informed the counter clerk who in turn informed the guard. The pasta dish I had for lunch tasted insipid as the customer experience left a bad taste in my mouth.On a Sunday, I normally visit a cafe for lunch and spend a longish time reading and listening to my music on my headphones. So I am a bit suprised if I cannot take a bag with my devices and books inside.

It offers takeaway as well as dine in facilities. You can pay by cash or Credit /Debit Cards here. It can be easily located from normal traffic. Ample Parking space is available for Parking.

Great experience, specially during the Corona crisis. There well maintained safety procedures are exceptionally outstanding, it feels safe and secure to eat from Nik Bakers during the pandemic. Coming to taste and quality, they are unbeatable. A must try repeatedly cuz you cant even try all products in 20 visits.

Always have been a huge fan ....was so excited when it came to PatialaBut today a visit was disappointing......ordered fresh salad...was hopeless....both the presentation n the taste....when u r at a place like Nik s ......u expect at least properly chopped veggies n a little presentation....at such an exorbitant price......Also the service was v poor .....had to ask for everything from plates to cutlery......for a no of times.....had taken some friends....finally got them back home for chai n of course cakes from Niks.....Please look into it .....n rectify.......cant lose the charm of THE NIK BAKERS

Are you kidding me...such a overpriced outlet..a biscuit for 100 rupees...quality is good..but hugely overpriced...place for those who have plenty of money...middleclass stay away...a slice of cake for 240....also too much crowd on weekends...the staff itself cant handle people very well...it took us 15 min to order 5 cake pieces for a price of 1400...
