I THINK PEST CONTROL WAS NOT DONE IN ROOMS AND WASHROOMS FOR MUCH TIMELIZARDS AND MOSQUITOS WERE IN ROOMS AND WASHROOMS.FOOD PRICES WERE VERY VERY HIGH.FOOD PRICES SHOULD BE LESS AS THEY DO HAVE VERY LESS VARIETY.ONLY GOOD THING WAS STAFF BEHAVIOIR AND MANNERS.HOTEL SHOULD REDUCE ITS FOOD PRICES.

Utter disregard for covid norms. No one was wearing mask, door keeper, guy at welcome desk, waiters, chefs in kitchen, everyone was without mask.There was a birthday party going on in dining area, and the whole ambiance was chaotic and irritating.Service was below average. Food was average. Only daal makhani was worth eating.

Worst place ever...its bedsheets are torned unwashed and dirty, bed matress is hard toilet is broken and has jet system which jets everywhere other than where it should be ,moss in bathroom, Internet donot work, webs on lamp post, broken fausets, until you scold you will not get service....condition is same for both executive and super delux rooms, value for money non... simply worst....will not recommend anyone waste there money here.

Never celebrate your precious moments here. They will spoil it. They have no importance for your functions. Air conditioning facilities are worst and food is not hot served, long waiting for items are a few to say. Caution: Think twice before organising your function here.

There is a lot of renovation going on, so I got room in B wing, no issue for that. the room was good, spacious and elegant. bathrooms were a tad smaller. the rooms were all facing a lawn, but that was also in construction stage. overall a good property, courteous staff and food also Ok.fast processing of check in and check out agreed to give me GST invoice. I seldom use hotel WiFi, hence no experience.

The safety measures were kept evenly.Initially we were welcomed with special “Welcome drink” - Paan Gulukand Shake . 🥤The Veg sizzler included Mushroom Tikka , Paneer Tikka and many more varieties.Tandoori chicken was presented in the most unique style.They presented both Vegetarian as well as Non vegetarian pizza but the Non Vegetarian pizza had immense taste. 😋The main course left us transfixed by the presentation criteria. ❤️Dal Makhani served with giant naan, which was never seen.The exotic Non veg platter was also placed beautifully and tasted great .After satisfying our hunger our sweet tooth was sweetened with Phirni.Satisfactory service has always turned out good customers. Talking about the dining experience its just about ok with the vibe of mid end bar but without smoking area and emphasis on non consumption of drugs(atleast there is a banner right next to the non smoking banner).Though it has feel of the oldest restaurant in Patiala it hasnt caught up with the current time and needs a proper renovation. You have a 2.1 computer speakers firing up some classic EDM to provide a musical dining experience, plus you are surrounded with visible cctv cameras in the dining area so forget about some privacy if you were hoping for some.The restaurant lags in many Avenue but in my experience the food delivery time to table is not bad though I had to ask for vinegar onions and napkinsOverall Ill visit this place for takeaways..

Amazing stay at Mohan Continental. We were a group of 8 people including kids. Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is centrally located. We got free room upgrade on arrival. Clean, spacious & cozy rooms. Prompt service. Wholesome & delicious breakfast.There is a nice pub - Scotland Yard right next to the hotel. Overall good VFM

Had a business meeting in Patiala and stayed over for one night. The stay was good and comfortable and the food served was also good. I had one grouse though. There was no remote controller for the AC and I could not control the temperature, hence could not get a good nights sleep. Apart from this, have no other complaints

Biryani chefs taste is not up to the mark, same taste whether it is Hyderabadi or Lakhnavi Biryani, true disappointment...

They have upgraded my room from Deluxe to Executive without any up gradation charges. It is in the Centre of the City & Really Clean & Beautiful Rooms. I always prefer to stay in this Hotel. Really Good One. No noisybest of luck ğŸ™

The staff were all friendly, rooms are clean and the location is near the Post office of the Patiala but not too far away from the attractions. Like an oasis away from the madness! The manager even assisted me on upgrading the room. Couldn’t ask for a better place in Patiala Punjab !

Although we were upgraded automatically from deluxe to executive room without any additional cost, reportedly due to overbooking of deluxe rooms but we found lot of shortcomings therein like AC not being effective, toilet mug being missing, normal water not being made available as one commentary bottle is given, quality of food require lot of improvement as Daal fry ordered by us was found to be half boiled, their PAHARI cooks are nit able to serve authentic punjabi food and taste. On the whole we would rate them average to good if considered the location price and other things

Read their Terms & Conditions carefully. They will cancel your booking for some stupid issues. You might offer them your IDs but they want people to get married first even if you doing nothing illegal. They are above the law of the nation. Moral Police!

Rooms are good. Looks classy however some rooms have cracked wallpaper in places. Service is a bit slow. Although I went at a time when some renovation was going on. I will give them benefit of doubt

There are mainly positive stuff with few short comings for this hotel. Stayed there for 2 days. Rooms are large enough but needs to be whitewashed as walls were not clean and there is no exhaust in toilet and there is a big pipe which acts like a centralised exhaust but I felt it was not working to the limit. TV includes hd channels which was great as I watched football match in hd. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Now comes to the best part of hotel i.e. food, it was yummy everything we ate there - starting from breakfast and ending up with dinner. Service is good. A complete family restaurant. Its a mix of north Indian and Chinese dishes. Beer is served along with food. Card payments are accepted. Special discounts for defence personnel as well.

Only One Plus point is - Staff of Hotel Mohan Continental WAS cooperative, OTHER WISE Rooms & toilets were NOT having the window / cross ventilation hence all stink air of toilet were rooming inside the rooms, seen 5-6 rooms and all were having same problem. At last hotel staff given Executive Room which was little bit better. **. Hotel offered me the Discount on basic rate with complimentary break fast & taxes as applicable, which is less than your offered rates duly paid by me WITHOUT COMPLIMENTARY BREAK FAST. **.

The hotel is located on the main Map road at the center of the city. Everything from here is at Close proximity. But that noise from outside rode sometimes irritate you.The rooms are not big enough and also need some improvement in cleanliness.Food quality is fine, but very costly in alcohol beverages.Breakfast is buffet .Overall not very expansive as per the services it offers, and only if you booked online.

Hotel Mohan Continental is also fine hotel they have a facility to have breakfast lunch and dinner and also they have rooms to stay they have option to eat unlimited and breakfast and I think the charges they ask me it was ok this of the mineral water instead of normal arrow which they include in their bill food quality was nice Im not quite happy with the sitting arrangement they have the table and sofas little congested Im a little fat guy I have two little birds struggle to get fit on the sofa down the table I can say it was a nice experience but not exactly I thought about it you can try at least once you can go with your family and have number of options to choose from veg and non veg
