Hostel has bigger single rooms as compared to others and garden outside the rooms is well maintained. Food is fine but sweepers are generally lazy. The hostel is properly ventilated. Mosquitoes in washrooms pose some problem. Else its a nice place to be.

One of the oldest hostels of the university. Food is one of the finest of all the hostels. Rooms are airy and spacious. The hostel overall is good but due to lesser accomodation do check if you have your people along with you.

Rooms bigger and cheaper than J but bed and tables are totally depreciated need to replace most of them.

Hostel has non AC single room accomodation. Food quality is really good as compared to other hostels.

Hostel-A is having 2 floors with 8 blocks. There is high speed internet connection in each block for students. Each block is having separate arrangement for water purifiers & bathrooms with washing machines & geysers. There are Lawns between the blocks. Badminton & volley ball nets are also available in lawns. To keep students physically fit gym facility is also provided to students. To keep students updated with current affairs T.V. room with sitting facility & newspaper Stands is also provided. Best quality of food is served in hostel mess. Proper care of balance diet is done in weekly schedule of mess.

Good hostel but wash rooms are dirty.

Amenities are good.Very open environment and less crowded.Mostly Single rooms are available.Peaceful and good food and specially the night canteen is great.This hostel is in thapar university.You find senior years students and pg students here.Overall good for you if u need to study.Gym is not upto the mark and little bit of a loner feeling if u dont have friends nearby to your rooms.

This is the hostel in thapar university, patiala for final and pre final year B.E. students.The M.Tech and PhD students also reside here. In this hostel there are single and double Seater rooms but most of the rooms are single Seater. The mess food is okay. There is a evening and night canteen also available.

One of the oldest hostel in Thaoar University.Mostly given to the seniors(3rd & 4th year students).Food is okay but night mess is good.There is no AC in the rooms so it becomes very difficult in summers to be there.Also the mosquitosa and flies are a problem in the hostel.

Best in terms of living as well as economic conditions.
