Nic pg. M student and m living here for 1year and i never thought about to leave this pg. this pg is like a home. Food and all accommodations are very good. If you are finding pg in patiala you must come here and i hope you will like this pg.

I am in government service and was looking for a pg which was near to my workplace, with good food and neat & clean rooms so after searching, I came to this pg on 24th September 2015 and stayed there for more than two years, leaving it finally on 10th January 2018. For those looking for a good boys pg i would recommend as follows:-1) LOCATION :- Right in the heart of city. Hardly half a km away from bus stand and railway station and merely 1.5 km away from gurudwara dukhniwaran sahib. So by staying in the city u reduce transportation cost as well have access to all the amenities nearby.2) AMBIANCE :- Its a new construction and pg is quite neat and clean. Bathrooms are good with all rooms having attached toilets with english style toilet seats. You can either opt for single room (gets expensive) or on a twin sharing basis. Fortunately, all my roommates in these years were good and i didnt had any trouble with them.3) AMENITIES :- You get air conditioner in all rooms (charges extra), gas geyser and solar water heater in winters (no charges), separate kitchen and fridge for pg boys though you can use their main kitchen also, inverter backup, dining table (common to all), beds with mattresses, can use their washing machine once in a week for washing clothes, morning breakfast and evening dinner, RO water filter etc.If you will be living in twin sharing then the electricity bill will be split among you two. Each room has got separate meter of its own and its all up to you that how many units do you consume. Extra bill will be for AC only which will be charged at Rs 9/- per unit (can change according to electricity rates). Routine lightning and usage of fan is covered in rent itself.Indoor parking is there for motorcycles and scooters, for cars it can be parked outside as the street is quite wide and open. The colony watchmen sits just outside the house so no fear of car getting stolen. Many boys from pg park their car outside. In two plus years no unfortunate incident happened.one unique facility you get is that there is a PROPER goddess kali temple constructed in the house premise itself as the landlord is a spiritually inclined person, So for the religiously oriented people you need not step out of the house.4) FOOD :- Biggest USP of this pg. Proper Home cooked Food. A old lady is the cook who cooks tasty meals two times a day. If you want something different from regular you can tell the lady in advance. Non vegetarians can relax as there is no restriction on eating Non Veg.Drinking is prohibited. But my roommate used to drink responsibly and did not created nuisance so i guess the owners did not objected, so it depends on your behavior as i also had a personal experience of a boy being shunted out as he lied to the owners about his female friend. My advice to you will be Give Respect, Earn Respect.5) CLEANLINESS :- Whole pg is neat and clean. The landlady makes it a point to get the common area cleaned everyday and if you are not too lazy (unlike me) to get up early in the morning , then you can ask maid to clean your room everyday. Both sweeping as well as moping of the floor is done.For cleaning of bathroom you have to pay 50 rs to the maid which i feel is not bad. I used to get the bathroom cleaned twice a month.This totally depends upon your level of hygiene....the persons before me hardly had their bathroom cleaned and it used to stink a lot partly due to their chewing and spitting of pan masala.6) BEHAVIOUR :- Good hospitable family behavior by the landlord. No interruption in your daily life provided you maintain decorum in the pg. Late nighters need not worry, there is separate key given and there is separate entrance by backstairs so you can come without disturbing others.7) VALUE FOR MONEY :- It depends upon how you look at it or whats your budget limitations but considering the facilities you get i find that its value for money.8) RECOMMENDATION :- I will recommend the pg to everyone. Hygienic place with all basic amenities.. rooms include Bed, almirah, TV, AC. other facilities like RO, Fridge, seperate kitchen are also available. Its a home away from home.
