Repeat order from the shop but this time faced some issues.I ordered two bats from them, one they shipped was not the one I selected but they shipped another bat which is heavy weight one.The second bat they sent me is having a manufacturing defect in the handle joint.After some follow up they reimbursed the repair cost for weight reduction and binding of handle.Customer service is good but they need to have a better quality control process to avoid such issues in future.

Brilliant customer service. Id happily recommend them. Not only did I get good advice for a bat, the delivery was timely as well for international shipping. Prices even with uk shipping worked out very well for the quality of product received.I am still happy with the product received - however, I am unsure if the quality of service is same for other products. I have not received any replies for future messages. Even with that, Im happy to recommend their services for cricket bats. Not entirely sure if the same works out for other products if you include shipping.
