Mix experience in terms of service.First I made many visits for my airpods problem..later they sent it for swap. Only single piece.Then after collecting my airpod case .. I realised it got many scratches on the body..and battery was full.In return battery was low .and got plenty of scratches on body..Condition from new went to scratched body.

Unicorn is authorized seller and service/repair spot for Apple.The store is amply stocked with latest products from Apple but if you are looking for accessories for your older Apple products, they are simply not available or they can provide guidance about from where it can be arranged.The service/repairs are costly. They can make you uneasy upon hearing the repair cost. Sometimes you have to make multiple visits to get your issue sorted.i recently had issue with my phone for which they charged and still the issue was not solved. I had to get it done from an outside vendor and that too at a very nominal cost.

Well organised service center and the technician did a good job. I got my laptop repaired in less than 24hrs. Staff was also good. Waiting time can be improved. Overall satisfactory experience.

🤬Worst apple service center of Patiala . Today I went there for battery replacement and they DAMAGED the screen of iPhone X . They just know how to make a good running phone into garbage. Now they are refusing to change the screen which is damaged because of their negligence .

Untrained staff for queries through phone call. Moreover the sales person in unicorn Patiala showroom (name is Ankur Narula, maybe) is rude and sort of taunting. Because when I enquired about iPhone 12 Pro Max’s and AirPod’s price, he replied in a taunting tone like it’s beyond my reach. I bought it next day though. He was very unwelcoming on the day of purchase too. I enquired about finance options but he was very unwelcoming and rude. I’ll definitely buy Apple products from some other retailer but not from here. Rude Behaviour is absolutely intolerable.

Lack of management, I had appointment through official webiste but when I got there the system was totally different and I had to wait 45 mins in order to get inside the service centre. Thereafter another 45 mins for my turn to meet the service centre employee. She took 25 mins to submit my watch, dont know what she was continuously doing on her mac. After spending 2 hours they called me next day saying my watch has been repaired and what they did was update iOS. The issue with my watch is as it was before, but I will never complain to them about it because its equal to banging your head on wall.

Worst experience with patiala apple centre. I iphone was stuck at apple logo and i went to repair my iphone 7 plus at so called premium apple store. I was told that they will send my product to bangalore if it is a hardware issue. they provided me job sheet and told me that they will call me after 2-3 days. On same day a technician called me and told that they cannot debug my phone as they were not able to open the iphone. Due to the negligence and inexperience of technician the security screw was stripped. They refused to give me any warranty and even bangalore managers were very rude. They were not ready to admit their mistake. I lost hardware and software warranty.
