This shop is supposed to be the authorized dealer of Ahuja Electronics, but the way he deals with customers belies the claim that he is an authorized dealer.I had gone to give my Ahuja cordless mics set for repair. The repair was done and he explained what was done.When I went to pay him, he said that he will not give a bill. I said I need a bill. He made a quotation but not an original bill for ₹550/-. When I asked him for the original bill, he said he will give me the bill if I pay him 18% GST. I said fine. He asked me to give him ₹650/-. Then I told him that I need the bill for ₹650/- if you ask me for that much money. He said the bill will be only for ₹550/- and not ₹650/-. I said if you are not giving me the bill for ₹650/- then I do not need your bill. I feel that the owner is worried about paying tax. If he is paying tax then the amount should be reflected in the bill which this person is not willing to do. He does not want to show the government that he is taking GST from customers. Because of this I have a doubt as to whether he is an authorized agent of Ahuja or not.The attached photo will let you know the quotation that he gave me.
