Eat Thai is the food court in G floor at Central Embassy which have a lot Thai food. The price is not high and test good. I love ice Thai tea and Tum Yum Noodles. When you entrance to this place, you will get the card for buying food. The card will record the purchase and paid after you have done with food at cashier. My suggestion is avoid of lunch time between Monday to Friday. This is because crowded with employees.
The choices for Thai food are ENDLESS. Its just a lot more convenient than going around Bangkok to the original branches. I think the quality is pretty high and faithful to the originals too. The price will be a bit high too considering where its located. We all pay for convenience. The attached supermarket is more of a Thai souvenir market with some foreign products, sauces and toiletries tossed in there.A must-try for visitors to Bangkok and those living or working around Central Embassy.
The food I ordered was delicious, but so many stalls were closed it gave little variety for the eating experience.
Eathai-a popular food court for affordable local Thai food. Located at the basement of Central Embassy. Its bright, spacious, air-conditioned, clean and offers a wide variety to choose from. There is even a Halal section. You can also watch the Cooks behind glass panels preparing the dishes right in front of you. They operate by charge card system. Youll be given an order card at the entrance. Make your food & drinks selection, charge them to the card, collect your food & make your payment at the exit hassle free.
Not only good local fool/snacks stall are here, but there are western, Japanese cuisine available too.Very reasonable price for super decent food! Revisited at least twice on the same week in Bangkok. Recommend to come with group and order every single item from each stall!!Lunch hour table waiting time is a bit challenging as it is first come first serve basis.
Good food court style with different types of Thai food. Clean, freshly cooked.
Lovely place hidden under the Central Embassy shopping mall. All sorts of Thai food can be tasted here. You get a card when entering on which all your food purchases are put and then pay at the end, when leaving. Prices arenβt super cheap as you can expect at this location. However, food is really good, atmosphere is calm and super clean. Great place to go to for testing some Thai food. There are some Chinese and Indian places too.
Eat Thai is an Luxurious Thai and international foods. Its an upscale food court. Price is 100 baht up and even you carry food from a stall to your table you still have to pay 10% service charge. They have a waiter and waitress to bring food to your table. Rest room is inside the food court. Choice of food is diversities.
Itβs nice and clean, and serves up a large variety of Thai dishes. The desserts are especially great!Prices are slightly higher than usual, but youβre getting an extremely clean and hygienic area to eat at. There are attentive cleaning staff ready to clear your empty dishes so you can make space for more!Special mention to the crepe-like desserts.
Amazing place. Variety is fabulous. 4 stars for what i ate. Pad Thai, Tom Yam, and coconut iceam/bananas n nuts. Definitely worth a visit.24 May 2019 - the second time wasnt a charm. Prawns were not fresh. Massaman chicken was bland. B500.14 for this is just stupid.I hope the other stalls have better fare.
So many things to try and food is awesome. Would definitely recommend it to get a small sampling of a lot of different thai dishes
Spectacular and really high end food court. Its a must visit. Price is a bit higher but it comes with clean and sophisticated eviroment. And unlike other food Court in Bangkok malls, this one is not jam packed. Basically if you are willing to spend additional 10 percent of the dinner cost in exchange for a must higher end food court, then this one is it.
Good option if youβre looking for something a bit more upscale than street food (but still want the same type of food). This indoor food hall is so much fun to walk through, has comfortable air conditioned seating, and is affordable food you can have in a nice sit down environment! You can still pick and choose from different stalls. My boyfriend and I ended up getting+ Chinese style inspired chicken on rice+ Tom yum seafood noodle soup+ little coconut puddings (set of 5)Also had some iced palm juice! Really great experience overall and we took a stroll around the high end mall upstairs afterwards, which was also pretty fun.
Nice impression of new year basketVariety of food available at central embassy basement. If the ventilation is better, i will rate this 5 stars.
Nice and comfortable environment to enjoy a huge variety of Thai food, all of decent quality. Great for family with kids as well (baby chairs available)
Although some of our favourite eating shops have phase out for new stalls to commence, the variety of local hawker style cuisine and their authentic taste never ceases to amaze me.
Clean, modern Thai food court. Great choice of foods. Appetizer to Desserts, all ready to eat.
All the good food under one roof. Make sure to try the moo ping stall here.
A great concept for tourist to try Thai traditional street food in a upscale/comfortable way, but sadly the food is really average and cannot meet the quality of the authentic street food.
This food court is one of the best in Bangkok. It is in Central Embassy. Even though it is named Eat Thai but there are variety of ffods other than Thai food. Most foods are of good quality restuarant. It is pricy but the quality is one of the best. Tables are in many sizes. They can be adjusted to add more people. It can be crowded during lunch time. Service charged is applied.
Love this place! Variety of food, good price
More expensive than most food court. Its in an upscale mall selling designer goods. But food quality is awesome and service is great. A great way to enjoy Thai street food away from the humidity and with hygiene assured. Food in the picture cost 550bahtin total.
Great collection of all foods Thai in one place. Great food, super fast service and neatly done up decors. Its a swish upmarket food place.
Food court inside Central Embassy mall serving tasty Thai food in street food stalls concept.
Gather famous Thai streetfoods with good ambiance. Nice place with clean space. A plenty of tables are available. Staffs are friendly
Nice collection of sea food and lots of fruits with delicious decoration.
High class food court from many well-known restaurants $$$$
Amazing Food Counters. More than 60 types of hawkers food selection from Thailand.Good quality and not so expensive to have a meal here.
They have various foods and food area is very clean.I often eat padthai :)And they also have many thailand items, so we can buy souvenir easily.
Sooooo much to choose from here! This food court is fantastic and all the food is made fresh when you order. Its all affordable as well, so youre getting a great bang for your buck!
Avoid lunch hours..food is good..many choices..
Good Food Court with amazing Thai food and good prices! So many dishes choice! Really good!
Excellent. Very reasonable prices and fantastic choice.
Great concept with great food options. More expensive than your actual Thai street food
Pretty good chicken rice with a relatively high priceWith the service charge, I can order two dishes elsewherKobe beef soup is very nice, highly recommended although quite expansive
Kang Ban Phe at Eatthai branch, ordered this Crayfish noodle with Tomyam soup, very tense taste and delicious, can ask them to make no spicy. Price is 250 baht worth for a try!
Great elevating food court. High price high quality. Spacious seating and cozy atmosphere.
I like the Thai Beef Noodle, pictured below. Great taste but pricey. Tried the ribeye beef, melt in your mouth tender but not as flavourful as wagyu
Great food, very authentic style. Nice ambience and comfortable seating. A bit pricey though but good experience
Wonderful place to get a large saying of Thai food. If you like Thai milk tea make sure to stop by the stall here as they mix it properly and the taste is amazing; tea, creamy, sweet, so good. I wont be able to drink the powder mix back home anymore.
Local street food in luxury food hall and charging 5% service charge. Taste was fine but not surprise.
A transparent of NYCs Eataly concept with local Thai products and cuisines presented to you in a high-end setting. Probably geared toward the business crowd or 5-star hotel tourists in the area. You can almost find no locals or long-term expats. Have been here twice, I must say for the price they charge, theyve really under-delivered both on the curated Thai products as well as on the food stall sections. Their Thai products are pretty expensive and you can pretty much find them in a lot of Western grocers in Thailand. Their food stalls are not of terrible quality, but seriously for anyone who has been in Thailand for more than few days, their food is nothing to write home about. NYCs Eataly is so much better for the high price you pay.
Cool underground food area that has pretty much any thai cuisine you can think of. Have a market attached and a luxury mall above it. Everything we had was delicious (especially the Tom Yum soup). Have an interesting payment system that uses a card to track how much you spend, but it was effective. Worth trying if you just want to sample everything then walk it off by shopping afterward.
Best street food all in one roof in city center π
Delicious traditional grandma Stew pork noodle. Found this wonderful tasty chee-chong-fun or rice noodle soaked in aromatic brown sauce pork stew. Hearty serving only at Price B120. Satisfying comfort food.
Amazing place with amazing choices of food.
Many choices, high end restaurants but reasonable price in this plaza.
All yummy Thai food in one place.
Lots and lots of varieties! Perfect and convenient for those who have little time to explore Thai food. Some stalls of famous street food and cozy vibe, makes it a great chill-out spot when dining out in a big group - everyone can find what they like here
Excellent vegetarian options at affordable prices in a neat and clean setting. What more could you ask for!
A lot of famous Thai food but high price.
Environment and ambience was nice but the food was expensive and not incredibly delicious. Would not recommend if u are looking for local delicacy
Too many choices and too little time. Awesome food.
Good thai food and reasonable price ... best pineapple fried rice
Eathai @ Central Embassy
Enjoyed exploring different food options. Helps as a tourist, when each stall displays example dishes. Food was just okay. But that is judging from one stall I ordered. Maybe others wouldve been amazing.
Street food with ac and table service. Including excellant Thai grocery store for those looking to cook at home.
A very nice food court, lot of tables and food stalls. Reasonable price. When you enter the food court, the staffs will give you a credit card which alredy contain THB1000 value. You have to present the credit card to the food stalls when youre placing order. When youre done, present the credit card to cashier for settlement.
Heard positive things from respectable sources so I finally went and tried it when I dropped my significant other off for her waxing appointment. The food court itself had a good vibe going for them: classic Thai oldies music, nice decor, and a market deeper into the food court zone. I do enjoy browsing through all the options but settled on the legendary Je Ngor. Food prices are a bit high and the small portions were only fair because after all youre inside of one of the most swanky malls of Bangkok. If youre in the mood for a nice Thai meal but cannot decide what you want, try browsing around Eathai and you cannot be too disappointed at their selection. Also dont forget to save some room for the two Thai dessert sections!
Unlike other food court which is very crowded, here the seats are spacious with good quality of food, its a good place to enjoy your meal in a relax way!
Somewhat touristic but this upmarket food court in the basement of Central Embassy does serve some yummy Thai street food. For those who may have concerns abt the general hygiene level of street hawkers, then this place should probably give you some comfort that its likely to be safe on the tummy when eating here.
Pricey but high quality food. Its basically the upper crusts food court. Mostly street food. Comfortable seating and good service.
I think they have a good decoration but the taste of food is it normal. And to be honest the price quite High for the food. The slogan is eat and live like a Thai. But when you pay unlike Thai.
To much good looking food. π π
Perfect spot to dive in for a sampling of Thai food if you are short on time or looking for an introduction to Thai food. There is a good variety of stalls and even though the food is sort of βsanitizedβ street food, itβs really quite tasty.
Ive been here a couple of times and once youve figured it out - as well as which booth serves what - its great. The food is good and relatively inexpensive. Cooks and waiters are nice - but I guess thats the Thai way of being. Each time I wanted to know something, Id simply ask and they would strive to explain it to me.Go and try it out!
Really thai food street in high end plaza. good view and very delicious original style thai food
Eatthai provides various menus from all around the world. Authentic Thai cuisine to Western. A popular foodcourt just on the basement level of Central Embassy (Ploenchit BTS Station). The only reason this is not a 5 stars rating is because the price are a bit more expensive comparing to others.
Food is delicious, but a bit expensive..
Fantastic... thai cuisine wont hurt your pocket but well presented. At lower ground of Central embassy
Lots of great street food here, plenty of seating, more upscale type of eatery.
In the shopping center, more trendy setting location with a food mall to eat thai and asian speciality..relation quality price is good...
Get a really thai food in originally thai style
Awesome place, great diversity of food choices, mainly thai/asian prices are average, comfortable places to seat.
Variety of Thai food. But the winner go to Pad Thai!!!! The best Pad Thai in Thailand can be found here!
Wide variety of delicious food!!! You must go here if on a short travel ... very entertaining!!!
A nice Marche like foodcourt with good quality food. Lots of choices and seats. Price a little premium compare to other foodcourts in shopping malls. Enjoyed the ambiance and service of friendly staff.
Love it, lots of popular street food in here
