It is a good hotel in Pathankot on the dalhousie highway. The rooms are small but the room service is good. However the restaurant service is a bit slow. It is in the main road. However they do not have parking facility. They just 2-3 car parking in front of the hotel on the road. So that is a bit no for me.

Recently arranged birthday party at Hotel Opulence pathankot. The food quality is very good. Staff is very polite. Good arrangement for parties.Very good option for family dinner. The only thing is don’t like is their slow service. They serve very slow as they have good staff.

Food is really good. Rooms are Okay but washrooms were not so good.

Worst hotel ever that I stayed in .No value for money. Rude people or says managers with attitude at reception in the morning.Luxury room Rs.2000+ fare after discount they gave us and it 1/10.Dirty Tea kettle..no tea bags .. dirty cups .No dustbin in room or washroom.Broken switches with a risk of getting shocks.No towels. Washroom exhaust fan not functioning properly.Congested roomsThere are much much better hotels around .We need to call again and again for everything.Just 1 out 5 for the club sandwich which was good.

Nice mid range hotel...good rooms...good service and good food. The hotel is in pathankot. Service is very nice. Rooms are spacious and it has almost all basic facilities. So overall a pleasant stay

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in.The room was very clean & modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast area was larg. The food is good. Bathroom is neat & clean. Would definitely stay again if we come back this way. I could give them 5 stars but im giving only 3 just becoz of mattress. Mattress spring was pinching at the back. But overall a good stay.

The Hotel is just perfect for single occupancy. The Premier rooms are not good enough for a 2nd person in the same room. The Hotel is centrally located has a fridge and coffee tea maker in the room. The staff assists you with having a meal out of ordinary timings if you are travelling.

This hotel has significant location. In the center. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Food is good. They serve you till 11pm maximum. Room size is small as well as bathrooms. But rooms were clean. Ac in two rooms were not working but they shifted me to the Ac working room. Some water leakage was in bathroom. Overall nice.

Good in the price range but need to take care of their ACs and basic hygiene. AC have no buttons working, almost bad condition and room hygiene is also need to be upgraded. thought Food is Good.

I would like to rate this hotel Average . Rooms are not spacious . Food quality is good but cost is too high as per hotel. I have to wait for 30 minutes for check in . Hotel managememt should take care of this . Linen was not clean but i requested to change they change the linen

I had booked a premier room but when I arrived it was a normal room with stinky and unclean bathroom. unhygienic room. no toiletries provided. bedding unclean used one. pillows stinky.i would never visit the hotel....

Hotel was decent but the windows and hotel room are not sound proof so you wont be able to sleep. It was so uncomfortable and noise cancellation ..hotel was okay but I still would say it was hard getting sleep In room as they were not sound proof !!

Hotel Rooms are very small. Even their LUXURIOUS OPULENCE ROOM was just equal to normal hotel rooms just adding 1 feet more space and thats one is Luxurious Room. Bathroom was very small as looking up LUXURIOUS OPULENCE ROOM.

Rooms and bathrooms are very very small. Old ac fitted in rooms with non working condition. Fans are available but non operating condition. Lcd is in rooms but remotes are not in working condition.

My Life; My Feet; My Way;An official visit took me to this place which I actually regret now. The check in was OK except that the room keys were not working and they never worked throughout the stay. The rooms are below average but the worst part about the place is the poor attitude of the front desk and the very very poor food quality. Its tasteless and I had an upset stomach by the end of the stay. A must avoid at all costs.
