Very good dealing by the staff of vi store

The employees working there take lot of time to do your request and you will be disappointed that you have wasted your so much time.I tell you what happened in my case...We(my father and I) went there to port my sim. He sent a message through my mobile-1909 [my phone no] but the message didnt come.We waited keep waiting for half hour but still no results. Then he said to message again. We did but still no response. Then he told to go to bsnl exchange for complaint. We were confused what was happening. We moved to other person and he told that the code was 1900 instead of 1909...uff.Ok msg response came but he kept me waiting till another 20 min and at the end we came to know it was just a work of 5 min. This ingnorance towards customer and inexperience in work not only wasted my time but also created lack of trust in Vi service.Better go patel chowk vi store.

Very bad experienceI had to wait 20 min unnecessarilyMy task was just for 5 minutes

Nobody helping, no service
