I purchased medicines for my mother from jan aushadhi store inside civil hospital pathankot, however , these medicines not suited well to my mom so i decided to exchange this with newer one but chemist inside refused to do so and told me there is no exchange no return i was surprice d , it is our hard earned money and what i ll do with those useless medicine, the chemist stared shouting at me with no reason i was just urging him to only exchange it , such a disgusting experience with jan aushadhi store in pathankot i suggest to all my fellow no to go these stores if you want to exchange the medicines otherwise your money is going to waste.
