They are only good for selling bikes not for after purchase . They hardly had my bike parts .I saw that my parts were not available here , so they got from some outside city shop and the items cost three time higher than the normal price . Cant you guys suggest a shop so that we can get our parts easily . Why charging three times more .

They dont have any bike parts in their shop. I specially came from Dharamshala. One good guy in the company told me that you will get all of your genuine parts in the store whose name is Salhotra Auto Spares . I went to their shop and the parts of my bike were easily available .I would definitely come to this shop for my bike parts and servicing rather than wasting my time in cplbajaj .

I feel sorry for changing my mind from Royal Enfield to Bajaj.Firstly, the staff is utterly unprofessional & I am not even talking about the service. I paid Rs 5000 advance and booked an Avenger Street 220 Black on 13 Aug after the Manager had confirmed they can provide me the bike on 25 Aug. I approached them on 27 Aug with all reqd documents. The front desk guy gave me the account number and told me to submit the payment. When I asked about the delivery, the indl said it will take some time. It was Monday and the manager told me to wait till Friday. On Friday, he tells me that White Avenger is in stock if I want, Black color will take more time. Now its 9 Sep, almost a month and in past 7 conversations, including complaint to Bajaj Customer service, No resolution has been provided. CPL Bajaj, just because its the only Bajaj showroom in Pathankot continues to make a fool out of its customers.Minus Five stars for their unprofessional behaviour, dont even know how will the service be. Bajaj, please wake up, you are Indias top two wheeler brand.

Customer dealing is not good.front desk person really dont know how to deal and ans to their customer.They think we (customers) depends on him but actually they dont know they are here to serve us...not to behave like this ....dont want to listen any thing only want customer will listen him.....pathatic services will nvr visit..........
