In hindi we call this service as Raddi. In english it is known as disgusting service. Shame on the management of track on that they dont take notice of google reviews.I believe we as customers, should specifically mention to the senders of parcels to not to send via TrackOn.

This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. They are taking extra charges for nearby area but canth deliver parcle to its destination . They just call and tell to the customer take your parcle from our courier service. If we have paid then why we should go there . Moreover the staff is worst and they are not humble. If they cant deliver the product , then why they are recieving it . Totally wastage of money .

Worst courier service in the history of mankind. Better to give your courier to some bus walla for delivery.Pathankot office staff non responsive , dont feel like coming out of their office for delivery.

Very poor courier service i paid 110 per kg and my courier was weighing 6kg. I paid the amount but they didnt took proper care of courier and i recieved my box completely wet with rain water .

Some time we need instant courier Trackon always help but only specific location .its service not available all over india and many places courier never reach and came back to me and also charged me higher than other couriers .but please make sure first service available where you want to sent your package .because salemen always wrong commited and after dispach they never refund the money

The courier service is not good as my parcel reached there a couple of month back but the workers working there didnt called me to inform that they have received my parcel.
