Great customer service, though a but expensive but they get the things done satisfactorily. I got my laptop packed as well from them which reached the destination safely. The only challenge will be parking and locating the counter rest everything is good.

Worst experience ever, i was to receive my parcel on 14th and now its 19th but still waiting for my parcel. On tracking its showing in destination (pathankot) i went to office personally, to collect the parcel, but i didnt got that, because it was misplaced in office somewhere. Irresponsible people.

I dont usually write reviews to degrade any office/people/organization, but these people surely need it. My home is not more than 4kms from their office and they still refuse to deliver the package. If it is a matter of 1-2 times, one can understand. Everytime they call me to get my package collected from their office, threaten me that if I dont get it collected they will send it back and I wont be able to receive it. I even have call recordings for proof. Pathetic behavior and office filled with free earners!

Very very poor service . There are many hidden charges , they DONOT tell and they behave so bad after the payment. Inexperienced staff and her bad service go with some other option. Specially DONOT post any thing out of Indian specially to canada.YES, I AM SENDING COURRIER FIRST TIME TO CANADA. BUT THAT IS YOUR DUTY TO TELL ME ABOUT THE CUSTOM DUTY. AND THIS IS WHAT WE CALLED “inexperience”. And when i reached to your office you tell me the cost 7786 INR for 5 kg later you checked your recordings and said ok we will send this in the amount you are saying.and I tried rates every where because I am customer. I have to try. And there is no bad thing in it.

They denied to deliver my package and asked me to pickup myself. I spent more on petrol than the cost of the product I ordered.

Pathetic Service, My courier was from Delhi to Kartarpur near Jalandhar. But from this Pathankot courier office of DTDC my courier Misrouted from destination. It usually takes 3-4 days but because of their fault it has taken more than 4 days.When I asked that how much time will it take now. As it was really important to be delivered on said date because it was someones birthday present. He said that then you will have to contact Amritsar. We cant answer it. Inspite of the fact that in todays age their are a lot of tracking methods available.

Good place and it is near the national highway. The DTDC courier service is in the chakki bank or Pathankot cantt in the Pathankot district. The service is very nice kind of provided by the courier service. The speed of sending the courier by DTDC courier services is very fast. They provide full information and the courier can be tracked through the internet with the help of tracking number which they provide on slip.

Worst courier service at Pathankot. Pathetic people.My courier is struk there for past 14 days. NoOne is responding to calls or mails. God knows when will i get my products.Never going to use this service again and Never ever going to recommend it to others.
