Worst customer dealing ever came across.... mannerless staff....they anyhow want you to buy whatever you say is nice....and if you go with your family and suggest a family member that something they chose is not good, in return they say apne lena hai yeh? Nahi na toh unhe lene do aap mat bolo and there is lot more but cant pen down herePlease first learn some etiquette and mannerisms and then deal customers

Worst experience. Only time when they are dealing good is during payment. Post there is no maturity and proper dealing with the customer.Will not recommend this shop, the owner will be very rude incase there is any return or cancellation (which they have agreed earlier). Unprofessional and Very rude behaviour. Have a second thought if you planning to visit the shop.Dont want the same happen to anyone.

The owner was very unprofessional. Please note that they dont have any refund or cancellation policy. So please ask for refund/cancellation terms before dealing with these guys. Some other options can be explored in the city instead stuck you hard money here.

Staff is very rude !!!!! They will polite with you till the item is sold or rented-out. Once the item sold they will show you who they are. I am from Mohali I booked a bridal lehnga of INR 8000 in Feb 20 for my wedding from this shop and paid whole amount in advance. However due to lockdown imposed then in march 20 and my wedding got postponed. Due to such extreme circumstances , I told the whole scenario to shop owner and requested him to refund the amount or adjust the same by any other means (like by way of credit note or sale of other item). But he did not listen and started arguing with me and did not refund my hard earned money. Even my cousin sister who also booked another lehnga of INR 4000, did not get her refund. I was really disappointed.HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL , PATHETIC AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. DONT GO THERE , THEY ARE THUGS

Pathetic service. Not worth going. Staff is too rude. Purchased dresses and gave measurements for refitting. Dress was not done up even after passage of stipulated time frame. On being questioned staff misbehaved because payment was already done. They were not even concerned. Inhouse tailor spoiled the dress as per own whims and fancy. Trial room not available. If any customer is willing to try than you are asked to go and try at open roof top. My advice , please avoid wasting your hard earned money. Amatures are running the shop who have no value for customer and their requirements.
