Hotel parag is very convenient to locate and is just near to pathankot bus stand. It is very approachable. The rooms are very specious. Room service was good.The food quality was good. Higeine was maintained in the hotelit was quiet convenient stay at hotel parag

The room was good for the price we paid. The complimentary dinner was sumptuous and tasty. However, both dinner and breakfast were served only at 10.00 PM and 10.00 AM respectively which was late. Recommended for one night stay.

Worst hotel pls dont book

Hotel is pretty good. But the stairs are little steep and it doesnt have a lift. Apart from that the hotel staff are very cooperative and they did give some discount because we booked a journey to Dharamshala upto Amritsar from Om Sai Travels. Apart from that, the stay was very smooth with no difficulty. I have just reduced one star for no lift and steep stairs.

Worst experience ever.. I had booked the deluxe ac room for 3 people but it didnt had enough capacity so the hotel staff changed the room and the new room was very dirty and they had no other option apart from this, due to the late check in at night we had no other option but to chose the one they offered, the room had low light, infected room, mosquito, glasses provided for drinking water were not clean, dirty badsheets,hotel staff changed the pillow covers which were dirty but the changed ones were also dirty, no AC, dirty bathroom, foul smell due to leakage from kitchen etc..the whole experience was horrible

Good place. I arrived here after many days of travel and even though I planned to only spend one night before moving on, the room I stayed in at Hotel Parag was so nice and so affordable that I decided to stay an extra day in Pathankot to relax. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, and really cheap.

I am facing problem on the cleanness of the hotel and amenities as I have just reached at 7pm and finding no alternative I have to checked in then with my family.┬аPic of poor condition of bathroom, dirty blankets crockeries enclosed.┬аAlso having problem with AC which manger is tryng to solve, i will update subsequently Separtely on AC.But so far the cleanness is concern if I had not paid for this hotel I would have not checked in. also if it was not so late i would have search for other hotels. Surely i will checkout early morning and search for other hotels.

Hotel is at good location near Bus Stand and Railway station. Hotel Staff is polite and helpful.This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Facilities in both AC and Non AC rooms are good and without any compromise. I would recommend this Hotel for all.

I went for the first time to pathankot. We checked-in in this hotel. It has affordable and comfortable and with good room service rooms. The staff is quite friendly. Rooms are well prepared before you check-in. Everything you need like - water, towel is already at its place and a nything you require, you just have to ask them. There is free wifi here. They will tell you password easily. Though they turn off wifi after 11 or 12 at night. Eatery or bus stand or even railway station is very near from this place. All in all, a great place to stay if you ever go to pathankot and are looking for a affordable hotel.

When I go for check in, first of all, they deny to give room. Hotel staff told me they were not accepting online bookings from last month. after contacting the owner, they gave room on upper floor.Room was not properly clean. Bed sheets were dirty and smelling.overall, not satisfied with room.

Convenient location but upkeep compromised.... Owner was courteous and followed up well with us.... But the staff was incorrigible. The two guys on duty were extra sugar coated sweet and just blatantly refused us the room we had booked in advance saying there were no rooms available at all 😡. And I had to literally spend the night in my car as it was 1am nd I was tired and 6 hours away from home. A unique experience! Wouldnt refer or recommend anyone.
