Staff was cooperative... Rooms were clean... washroom was OK....Items in menu were a bit expensive thats not a big deal in hotels nowadays. Giving only three because of owners behaviour towards a customer....who dont have a right to ask anything

I was there for A meeting and its taken about 2 hours and I spent 30 minutes more to get exect information I needed to make a review,as I experienced there was an Air conditioned Hall for meeting and Other function like marriages,birthday parties,Another ceremonies and it has the capacity to accomodate 250 people approx. , I noticed That The Air-conditioning was well in the Hall and it was full of ceiling lights those were working perfectly ,There was full arrangements of Sound System and space for Dancing That Hall is in the Basement of Hotel and outside of this hall on the ground floor I found a lawn to enjoy open parties,everything was in perfect condition,Good Arrangements of light Everywhere in the premises of Entire Hotel,Good space for parking , Good Cleanliness all Around and found it that it Has Good Appearance on that location. My best wishes to Management for their prosperous business in future.

Giving 2 star because of only one reason, this hotel do have some large rooms and that is the only reason I stayed in here, other than that its far aways from the city and also dont provide good food from in-house kitchen.Will not suggest to any friends or family to book this one, but if you are having some function and need a budget stay with large rooms will recommend it.

This place is average place to stay in mamoon cantt. There are better options to stay nearby if you are looking for good and confertable stay. They have average service and the food is also average. Rooms are big and average in cleaning. Their are some food outlets nearby. Near to novelty mall and brew state. Highly recommend for those whose are looking for a good and budget stay in pathankot area. Online booking is expensive. Frontdesk bookings are cheaper.

If I could give 0 I would. The room was in an untidy state. Though it was very spacious, but the upkeep was terrible. I checked in directly from the counter instead of booking online. The linen was stinking and probably havent been washed since ages. Overall a very bad experience for the money paid. I would never recommend this hotel for stay.

The location of the hotel is very good Evry ghing near that hotel. The room is like a 5 star rooms But the main reason i gave 5 star is that Their service is not that good. Food always cold when i recieve All the time i gave back becose of cold food In sort all is good but keep mind of service .

Hotel is not bad but the way to get booking is very wrost i.e. if a person book this hotel online then at the time of check-in they refuse the online booking and force you to book again directly. This incident happened with me, I booked this from OYO and at the time of check-in the refuse that booking.

May be you get rooms in cheap price but rooms are not that much good.cooling of window AC is very poor.service is very very poor.

Lacks cleanliness. Rooms and bath rooms are loaded with dirt. Cockroaches can be seen freely.

Been there for second time. They gave me same room in which I stayed with my friends in 2018. Main room door and bathroom lock was not working, flush was not working plus they have zero quality food.

We 2nd floor peoples just walking in Gallery and again I say its 1:50 AM. Till date, the poor hotels and the service are not seen, the ac does not work ... the mosquito is filled in the room ... do not get food ... the morning breakfast does not even get bread ... The staffs behavior is very much Its curtinous ... I do not believe it at this hotel.
