There are definitely much more better options than this.Prices are pretty expensive for that service.Only fries were good, burger meat was eh. They don’t have sauce options except ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.I wouldn’t visit again.

Was good but felt like a downgrade from the shake shack taste I’m used to in the UAE branches.

I was so excited to find a Shake Shack in Istanbul, the food was up to the amazing standards of any Shake Shack in the world! There was plenty of seating, even with social distancing, the food came quickly, tables were clean, it sits in the beautiful upscale Akasya mall, all in all it was a great experience and I will definitely go back next time I am in Istanbul.

I’m a big fan of shake shack in Dubai but the one I tried in Vadi mall in Istanbul didn’t meet my expectations.

Milk shake is toooooo sweet, and they wont add water in it to fix it ..

Shake Shack is something I only knew from the USA and was really suprised I found it here. The Smashed Burgers are just amazing and the Service is fast. I also liked how cheap it was compared to my homecountry.All in all a cool experience and I would go again.

Best fast food burger in town.There really isn’t much to say about Shake Shack. There is a reason for its fame, and it is well deserved. Although the prices are on the higher end and the portions are not the biggest, considering it’s a “niche” fast food chain, you definitely get what you pay for. The smash patties are succulent with incredible browning on the outside, the buns are soft and buttery, the fries are crispy and are incredible vessels for the amazing Shack Sauce and the Cheese Sauce. The Concretes are incredible as well, especially the Shack Attack Concrete for a chocolate lover like me. Overall, one of my top fast food restaurant choices in the city. Definitely worth a try.

Nice classic burger joint in a nice shopping centre. I would go for the shack burger. The chicken one has a fat fillet of chicken that i am not too fond of!

I had a single Crispy pickle burger, chocolate shake and fries with shack sauce costing around 50TL. I was delighted to be served by a friendly sales person who spoke English very well. The customer base seemed to be more trendy and there was more than a few foreign visitors. The music was trendy but not over the top and the atmosphere was pretty good. I normally look at cleanliness and can say that there is nothing wrong here. I enjoyed the milkshake more than the normal Turkish milkshake. The fries was fresh and delicious and the burger was also very good. I like the fact that their meat was good quality and tasted better than the norm. Sure to be here again and next time I will bring some friends.

One of the best burger I have ever had.

Some amazing chicken sandwiches, burgers and excellent crinkle-cut fries. Nice, somber decor. Delicious shakes and floats. Plus its one of the few places in Istanbul where you can get root beer! If you like Americana food and youre in Istanbul its the place to go!

Im American. I know a good burger. The burger, the fries, the chocolate shake. Very good. Expensive for Turkey but the quality of the meat was excellent. The staff was friendly and well trained. If I get home sick here in Istanbul I now know where to go for an authentic American burger. Good stuff!

If you are looking for an amazing burgers.. this is the place to go! The prices also are very reasonable in comparison with other branches around the world.

I liked the burger here, the meat feels fresh but it was also kind of falling appart in a strange way. It felt like it lacks consistency which made it feel like it is kind of dry. Other than that I liked it and service was nice and fast, they even spoke English.

Up to shake shack standards 👍 did not enjoy the new pickled jalapeño burger as much as the older/classic ones though.. try the concretes as well, they are super delicious, one is enough for two 🥳

This place makes a tasty burger. As an American I felt mostly at home, but the beef bacon was a different experience. Nonetheless, this place has delicious cheeseburgers, cheese French fries, and the usual drinks and milkshakes.

Bread is white and cheap, kind of McDonalds.. needs better and more complete brown bread choices... then it can be a real alternative burgerer as it wishes to be..

Its a little expensive but it us hands down the tastiest fastfood chain with one fastest service out there. Shake shack use natural ingredients with no hormones or additives to there meat.
