Pathankot is decent station and many army mens and their buses can be seem here but for food within station there is no major facilities. One need to go outside for the same. There are many military shops outside railway station and there is very stringent checking within pathankot.

Nice Staton with all the facilities like eating, waiting, shelter etc. But all these are available at platform no 1.Nothing is available at platform 2 which is disappointing. You have to go by bridge to platform 2,but its manageable.Pathankot is the trijunction of jammu, himachal and punjab so you can find trains easily from there to any place. Toy train to Kangra go from here. There are many trains to delhi, Haryana etc.The auto rickshaws of pathankot station charge a lot at night better you go wait for day and then go by bus, auto or ask someone to take you from Station.Pathankot is a military cantt area here you can see military vehicles or persons going by train like tanks, Buses ,etc come here by train and goes to unit by tracks which is laid upto the unit. Thats so interesting to see. U can see see army person and vehicles here at any place.If you want to visit pathankot you can go mukteshwar dham, Shani Dev mandir, kali Mata mandir, Dalhousie etc which is nearby.

Pathankot railway station is very neet & clean. Here is 4 plateform connected to pathankot with jammu & kashmir, Himachal & Punjab. . All facilities available here like restroom, waiting hall, bathrooms & drinking water. This station is well connected pathankot to Amritsar & pathankot to jalandhar route with local passenger trains in cheapest prices. The toy train towards Baijnath in Himachal pardesh starts from here. . Security wise this railway station is very safe.

Well maintained. Clean and spacious waiting room but lack of locker room incase you want to deposit your luggage for some time.

Visited at December 2019. Very neat and clean platform. The waiting room is clean also. Security is good inside and outside the platform. Several cars are available just outside the station for booking. We went to Dalhousie by car from Pathankot.

PTK JUNCTION TRAIN FOR HIMACHAL PRADESH

Trains coming from Jammu Tawi change Engine here, so takes some time for halt. Direction changes too.

Station is nice and clean but theres a problem with wifi as it provides low speed.

If you are going manali and you drops here so don’t forget to take photo with the railway platform board 😬..

Close proximity to pathankot- asr/ Pathankot - Kangra and Pathankot- Srinagar national Highway . Also not far from the narrow gauge station of Pathankot. Deboard here to visit Dauladhar ranges and picturesque town of Dalhousie, Dharamshala, mcleodganj and Kangra district. Its better to reach Pathankot city railway station to get tourism related enquiries. Pathankot in itself has a few places to see, like the Kali mata temple and famous Gandhi market.

The Pathankot Junction or Chakki Bank Railway Station is very famous railway station.

Railway Station which connects three states Punjab, jammu & Kashmir and himachal Pradesh. A station which is not so large but it has its own importantce due to situated in the corner of planes.

A Good small Junction it is. But it is clean and good. I visited 2 times morning and evening. In morning it is quite crowdy but in evening theres little crowd. But most importantly dont forget to go and drink Billa lassi walas lassi. as where ever you are going from here you must have a quite long break here. Also it is not soo far from junction.

Its a good railway station. It was clean when I visited there. A lot of eating stalls are also available. You can get chips, biscuits and all those stuff easily.

This place is located in Punjab. Usually the temperature is quite low during winters. This place have good platforms and it is a bit neat. It does have a big waiting rooms which can accommodate up to 100 people with charging points. They have got paid toilets which is not neat.

The station is however neat and clean, but I just couldnt find any dustbins near platforms. Only the small area is covered for bad weather. Almost all the shops are accumulated under the shed, and if you are travelling in the extreme position of the train, you may land at the platform with no nearby shop and no shed for bad weather protection.

Nice clean not so huge but well organised station.Staff/railway employees working over here are very supportive and dutyful person.The whole place is quite nice due to its cleanliness.Basic amenities are available and lookswise station is good looking too.Since it has only 4 platform so still need more raillines and platform for connectivity from other places.Kinda happy to see this station. Hope to see more facilities and technology added to see this station.Btw here is electronic facility also available for tickets. No need to stand in a long queue.

Less crowd because only few trains coming on this station on daily basis .. You can also board Kangra Valley toy train from here if you want to visit Himachal Pradesh (Kangra) .. Platform is on other side of the station .. Platform 4 (narrow gauge railway) where you can board Toy Train ...

Location is good and you can go every where from this station in north east west and south. Especialy ptk to jogindernagar (HP) experience is awesome .

It is well known as Pathankot Junction /Pathankot.one of the oldest station. Having only Two platform. Not much connectivity ,very few long running trains .commonly operate passanger , Demu, memu services. Intercity & Dhauladar express Starts from here. Reservation counters available, ATM is there, Railway food counterട & passangers rest room also available. For Parking there is a lot of structure.No Escallators available.cleanliness is poor.

Looks clean.From here or after mobile prepaid Sim card of other state will not work towards going to Jammu or .If you are using Jammu mobile SIM card it will also not work towards Panjab other state. But postpaid of other state SIM card will work .

Its nice station but most of the trains doesn’t came to this station. They went through the pathankot cantt station. This station is not crowdy at all.
