The treatment is good but the service is aweful. There is no point of checking the appointment schedule. No matter how early you reach but you will have to wait for 2 hours. Its a private hospital and they charge like that but make you sit in the sun for 2 hours. They insist due to Covid they make you sit outside. Do you understand we are already sick and need comfortable environment. That is the reason we come to a private hospital, whats the purpose of we cant access the facilities.

Worst place. Staff do not know how to treat patients and their attendents. If someone ask to help fast they threatens the attendent by means of police and other means of goons. Dont go here.

He just doesnt follow the very first rule of being a doctor. Never shows empathy and never explains problem. We went 3-4 times waited 4-4 hours and yet we dont know what is the problem.Highly miss managed hospital with no timelines at all.Doctor should show empathy and give confidence to patients. But Mr. Anil singh always seems like he has to catch next flight to moon.And by the way, even staff doesnt wear masks 😷 properly and no enforcing of masks on patients.

I finally decided to visit Dr Anil Singh after having realized that my GIT problems would not go away on their own. I am pleased to say that three weeks after my visit I am doing great.What I took away from the experience:1) Being the anxious person I am, I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. On calling I was told to come fasting for the procedure and that it would not take long. I would encourage people to read up a little on the procedure before going to be a little aware of what to expect.2) As a woman, I was naturally a bit apprehensive but kudos to the Doctor and support staff for creating an atmosphere of casual competence and professionalism. They chatted to me and told me what was happening all through the procedure and I was soon responding to their questions and asking quite a few of my own.3) The procedure was done in about 15 minutes (took me longer to change etc.) And was painless. There maybe slight discomfort but nothing unbearable. The treatment that the doctor prescribed was effective and the doctor emphasized the importance of taking an exam as soon as there is a problem since it is easy for things to escalate.4) I would recommend Dr Anil Singh to everyone suffering from GIT related problems. He does not sugarcoat things, but he is supremely professional and his treatment was extremely effective. I would also recommend to call ahead for appointments as he may need to tell you how to prepare for the procedures (otherwise you may need to postpone your visit to the next week for getting your gut ready!)

I waited for 15 minutes. The most relevant issues were cleanliness and derailed examinatio. I was explained in detail about the Symptoms and treatmen.

My grandfather 85yrs old with malaena and an episode of hemoptysis was rushed to the hospital late in the night. He was immediately attended to and UGI endoscopy and all the investigations were done at earliest. Dr Anil Singh was very supportive, co operative and caring. The whole staff was very co operative. Thankfully everything went well .The hospital is very well equipped with all the latest machinery and infrastructure. Some very difficult procedures are done at this hospital. My father had a large Stone in bile duct which could not be removed at different places. It was by removed by laser lithotripsy of the stone ( without operation).This is a rare procdure available at very few places in country

Worst hospital i ever seeni am from jammuthe rate of the test is so high i paid 10,500 and doctor anil singh is not present all time he checked the patient only 5 or10sec but its charges became so high the talking sense of the staff or another things is so bad..

Looting people with expensive tests. I went to PGI and PGI specialist Doctor told me that some tests were not required to diagnose the problem.This is a story of his all patients. Everyone patient has to spend Rs.5000 to Rs. 25000 on tests before availing treatment. They are looting poor. You cannot find a single from whom they didnt charge mentioned amount.Is told after two months youll be fine. But after 4 months, spending Rs. 16000 on tests and 24000 (approx.) on medicine), I asked Doctor, I dont feel that my condition has been improved by 1 percent.Instead of clarification, he said youre arrogant.What?Are you serious?You told me that I will be fine after 2 months and after 4 months I didnt see a single percent improvement, Id been spending my entire salary on my treatment and youre saying I am arrogant. (I didnt tell him these words but thought in my mind)

Doctor is excellent but he is not present here .we reached at 6:30 but now its 12:20 and no doctor came to check us!

Doctor is good but we reach there at 9 am and our ercp held at 10 am but after that the doctor didnt came for the checkup till next morning and the nurses there are saying that he will come in some time but he didnt came till next morning ....the condition of hospital is very poor and the staff is also very rude and untrained ...... Except our ercp operation which is quite good ,we found everything very bad there... The room of there are also very unhygienic. We suffer alot there

The doctor is only experiment on the patient he doesnt now abt the problm what the patient suffering for. He gave mediciene for ten days but there is no effect of medicine. My mother is regular patient of this hospital, but we came in emergency at morning 4 am, doctor was not available he was out station for seeing other patient in kangra. They directly told me to sumit 800 rs because u came in emergency,after that we will call her wife. She will see the patient.In my experience the hospital is not so co-operative with the patient they are here to make money.

Very bad hospital... Got my tokken at 8am ... They told us that doctor will come at 11am.. we went home and came back at 10:30am.. Waited till 2pm no doctor came.. When we asked for our money to be refunded. They refused.

Very poor treatment given by Dr Anil Singh as per reports my mother surfing with fungus infections in feb 2018 . After treatment it converted into cancer and Dr say she fine no serious problem is there and same type case happens in front of my Home at PATHANKOT
