The worst ever!!I told them to cut my hair according to a style I showed them and they destroyed my hair😡😡😡😡using their own techniques and charges me full!! Do not go here!

The worst haircut of my life , could literally put my haircut in Worst haircut disasters category . And the hair dresser won’t even admit the mistake and try to fix it . He just experiments with the scissors and wants to chop your hair as he pleases .

I recently got my kerabond done from hoor , it was a great experience specially if you are going there for hair naushad sir and vishal are great . Highly recommended.

I was recommended by my friends to visit this place for skin care. The facial I took was awesomely relaxing and with instant result. A place to pamper yourself where I was treated as queen and services offered by highly professional staff. The time entered the salon (the front office staff,the beauty consultant,the beauty therapist etc gave me a personal touch with unexpected hospitality.) and the time I left.....the whole time period was like a fantasy for me as I just cant believe that caring professional staff is still available at any place. Hats off to Hoor Luxury Salon team for all the efforts they are putting to maintain their standards. I am more than happy and thanks a lot.

They r not humble at all.... having attitude problem

She charged me for HD wedding make up but did not do contours.They were doing some four brides at a time.. going after doing one thing and coming back after second. The owner should be more professional and serious about her work.She is good but thats not sufficient .

The luxurious salon in town.

Very bad experience, for a bride this day is very important. First of all the rudeness of the staff and the pathetic behaviour ruines the happy mood. Specially the male staff their with pony tail and the hair dresser with 12 year of experience is full of attitude and have no sense of talking with ladies.We come their to fulfill our dream, being abride the way we want not the way you want us to look. Customer knows what they want and you should make the them Happy.I will also tell the head lady to be polite as well and look at the staff how to behave with your customer.... will never recommend anyone to visit again...

Dont have basic decency to talk over phone, I called to checkin for the prices and availability as i and my mother needed hair cut, so called hoor and page 3. Page 3 is costly but still I visited there just because how they attended my call for query. Hoor dont know how to respond to a basic hair cut query, why wud anyone go there. I am paying for the services and I have full right time compare and call and ask for prices. For service industry customer is valued like a king. They should keep in mind that putting luxury in their name doesnt mean that they can be rude. A normal 100k taking salon person has more sense to talk rather that this luxury saloon. Wud not recommend anyone to visit this pathetic saloon where they dont know how to give basic respect to customers.

The lead makeup artist (the female sitting at reception/counter) is very rude. You should understand how important is the wedding day for a bride and making her feel uncomfortable with your rude attitude and words on their wedding day is pathetic.The customers pay the amount which you have decided to avail your services. So, it is not that you are providing a free service.Also, on peak wedding seasons you book 4 to 5 brides at a time (along with their relatives) and later on unable to finish their makeup and dress up on time.Also, the hair stylist (the male member with lots of experience) is very rude and arrogant who does not want to listen what is the actual expectations of a costumer .The slightest relief for the customers is few of the female staff which is very polite, friendly and shows love and respect to the customer.One thing i also want to appreciate is that the bridal makeup is good (again, not all the relatives are satisfied with the makeup). However, the rude attitude and unpleasant experience overpowers the few good points at the end.I wont recommend visiting here on the most important day of your life.

Had my pre-bridal and bridal plus hair treatment and colouring+highlights. 5 stars for make up but 1 star for hair treatment. I lost all health of my hair now, worst. Didnt get any support from owner while having issue with hair dresser.

Will not recommend to anyone..my wife went for the bridal makeup, by the time she came make up was about to spread. Lipstick used was very bad, mascara bits were falling on the cheeks. Moreover her mood was off due the pathetic behavior of your rude staffGet your staff bit manners and teach them how to talk with ladies.....

Staff is very friendly. I Am very much satisfied with my bridal makeup. They gave me the look that i wanted. My Pre-bridal services were also upto the mark and got what i was expecting. My cousins and other family members who took the party makeup were also very satisfied with their makeup. Thanks to the whole team of Hoor Luxury Salon specially to Ms.Radhika. The lady at the counter ( i think owner) is too arrogant, she dont know how to deal with clients especially with the bride of the day, she must learn some etiquette....one of the worst experience had in my life...full waste if money....parlour is not too spacious..only have 1-2 makeup artist and hair do artist. Not worth of money...

No wonder the parlour is good but 1.the services are way too expensive.2. The lady owner is literally money minded besides she doesn’t even know how to welcome her clients. Her attitude is like “whatever” as if she owns everyone and every damn thing.The only reason people visit her salon is because the services are Ok (but definitely not worth a penny) and since Pathankot is still developing and beauty services needs to be at par, people have only few options to get beauty treatments and all. 2 stars only because of the staff working under her. Otherwise she doesn’t even deserves that too.

Pathetic dealing. Ruined my engagement makeup and hairstyle and later burned my hairs and not taking the charge as well. Unwantedly expensive. Not upto mark. Owner is rude and egotistic too. Not recomended at all. I pity her employees working under her.

I had bad experiences. Waxing, pedicure are not up to mark compared to there prices. Staff are careless as they spoiled my branded jeans with bleach. And when I complained about it, receptionist give me 100 Rs and said its mine compensation...👿👿👿 What else is left about their behaviour.....I wanna give ZERO rating. I never ever visit it again. bad very bad.👹

Worst engagement makeup experience.Dont know the difference and idea about giving western look and ethnic look..Got heavy bridal eye makeup with my western gown which was the worst one.Never recommend hoor to anyone!

Very poor service, they do same type of makup and hair style with all bride. Even the owner( lady), she didnt have a sense to talk with customers. She didnt have profesinal behaviour. Somebody told her when we deal with customers first throw out her chewngum from mouth then talk to customers that is the professional behaviour. She herself do the makup to all bride and she do the same type of makup to all and she do makup very poor quality foundation look different and she make fave look more darker with her makup. Face look like a cake that have alot of layers of makup. Spending money there because ypu know the name of hoor in the city without having experience from there is waste. I totally recommend go any where but not here, if you want to look good on your special day bacause after makup from there you have only bad mood and that time you dont have time to change your makup again so please be shure to go there first.
