They are Fraud shop, I went to buy a window AC from them & asked them to show me a model but they refused saying that they do not have it on show but when I showed them model number online they told that they will give better version of that AC than this Model & I paid them but after I received my AC the same model which I showed them online was given to me at much expensive price & When I went to talk about them they rudely said that why customers come to our shop if they want to shop online do not waste our time go shop online dont come hereI could have easily shopped online if I wanted to but i still went offline to get better price but the way they spoke at the end they showed that Customers are of no value for them only their money before I paid any money they were behaving very good as soon as they sold me the AC most of their workers did even talk to me at their shopThe Way offline Shopkeepers behave with their customers make those customers move to online & anyone reading this If you are going to buy from this shop please dont pay a single money in advance wait before product is delivered & verified by youFor this reason I will never shop offline for any electronic they all are same they do not know how to behave with their customers

Genuine products at reasonable price.Bought 3 mitsubishi A.c. and philips 50 inches led tv .The store manager knows what he is dealing in.If you are in search for any electronic product must visit for best experience.

He is an absolutely fraudulent man. I bought two Acs from them. I also gave them money in advance.They promised me that they would send me the next day but the next day their owner stopped picking up my phone.His owner rejected my phone and switched off the phone again he did not give it to me at his scheduled time. The next day, when I called him in distress, Then their owner stopped picking up my phone.I called his employee and scolded him Then at 9:00 in the night, they gave me Acs Their owner is very insolent.

They are fraud and I don’t recommend to buy any product from this store. We bought a microwave from them. The company representative who came our house for installation advise us to return the product since warranty tag (bar code) on product were missing and there were no brochure or manual in it. Product seems to be altered. The store owner refused to exchange or return the product on very second day of it purchased. They were arguing and disrespectful. When we refused to leave the shop and threatened them for calling police they finally exchanged it with new one after 3 hours of argument. (Of course this time we checked the product in store so that we don’t need to see their face in future)

They tried to cheat defence personnels who want to buy through CSD. They will not show any interest in selling their products through CSD and even sell products which are available at low cost on higher prices. The customer should survey other shops and compare price with them.

Highly unprofessinal staff and owner. Does not careabout anything. Selling cheap and out of warranty product. My family brought TV 42K, ( on flipkart 38K ), given handwrriten slip. Major faulty on TV, got 2 replacment. Do not attend customer after sale. Defaming brand values like samsung, sony etc. Plz contact to company direct for any issue. Wrote to customer court and samsung that businss shouldt exist.
