I gave a requisition for replacement of my Dell laptop keyboard. I was told that the keyboard will b received in a day. The promise was kept and keyboard wa replaced immediately. The service of this shop is excellent and very prompt in this covid situation..The staff behavior was very friendly and professional

Never buy a laptop from this store as the cost is high as the product provided by the owner is not worth the cost. A big boost is given by the owner but the actual picture will be really worst. The owner is least bothered once the product is sold and puts the whole responsibility on the company....

If u dont know about computer rate or specification do not go there, owner will cheat you. If u dont know nothing about computer owner will charge u very high cost

Good customer relations, i suggest if you are planning to buy any pc you must find a good one for yourself(Google it) not by them. They says this is goood but later will have complaints otherwise its a good place..You should say that you need that particular one .

I had a charging problem with my laptop and wanted to buy a new charger. I went to many shops in Pathanamthitta but they all tried to sell me a new charger. When I came to this shop, they understood my problem and told that it was a problem with my IC chip for charging not the laptop chargers fault. They did not try to sell me anything and offered a genuine solution on what I should do. They are authorized experts in this field and I would recommend everyone to go here if you have any computer problems .
