In pathanamthitta town, its a growing restaurant. They were on the starting time, very genuine and decent... But now they think they are big. Ill give you 🌟 for the food quality. But their food service and customer service is very bad and Im not recommended this restaurant... In the bill counter there is a guy who doesnt know how to handle the customer and their requirements... I know, if Ill not suggest this restaurant to anothers, nothing happened to you.. but gradually they will realise your nonsense...

Tasty Arabian Dishes. Especially I liked their AlFaham Quarter piece, superb Masala makes it outstanding. Just 110 for an AlFaham Quarter which will get an additional cuboos also.

I ordered thrice from this restaurant and Ill be giving a detailed explanation on the experience received below-First time- ordered a few parottas and chilli beef it tasted delicious and the delivery was quick and prompt.Second time- ordered kothu paratha it definitely didnt taste fresh rather tasted like old kothu paratha that had been reheated and sent.Third time- tried placing an order for 14 parottas at 5 in the evening for 7p.m delivery but they said order at 7 itself so youll get freshly made parottas, so I followed their advise and called up at 7 the employee who attended the call said okay no problem and hung up the phone without even taking the address. After 15 mins called him once more as we a family of 6 had been craving badly for some parottas and even this time the experience was the same, he hung up before even taking the address. Lastly had to order from some place due to Ambanis erratic behaviour. Never ever going to order food from this place again due to their unprofessional customer service.Edit: Manager called me within no time and gave me assurance and I did order twice after this, both times the food was good.😀

I never recommend this restaurant due to two time bad experience from the managment, today they again cheated me without giving the ordered parcel of 2 shavarma even after I paid the bill..I got the parcel without my ordered item of shavarma and my daughter was crying after she received the parcel without her favorite dish.. i approached the counter immediately as we had parked our vehicle infront of the restaurant.. but the answer from the counter person... who is the owner of that restaurant was very rude and he told me to complaint with authority and do what I can do against this cheating.. 😢
