Today I bought a Vega Ryker (not Ryker Bolder) helmet from this shop for my son. They changed it ₹ 1740. I couldnt find the original MRP anywhere on the helmet or the tag attached to it. Instead they have pasted a sticker with the amount 1740 written on it. I insisted the helmet need to be packed in the org box. Then they packed it in a box of some other model from this also I couldnt get the original MRP. Very unprofessional way of dealing. To my curiosity after reaching home, I searched the Vega company website and found the MRP of the helmet I bought today is only ₹ 1530. Same MRP was also found on flipkart .They charged Rs. 210 more than the original MRP. I felt cheated. So anyone buying helmets from these people, insist on the product with original package box with company MRP.

EXTRAORDINARY MINDBLOWING SERVICE.I bought one Axor apex helmet from here on 21.10.2020.Unfortunately the painting of the helmet got faded and cracked in so many places.Two days before when I went there I spoke to the person who take care sales about my issue.Suddenly he made some calls and sent my helmet photos to company person.In about 10 minutes time my helmet got replaced.Could you believe that????

From my personal experience, the best riding gears dealer in Ernakulam. I havent seen another shops with such a customer friendly one. They gave an exchange to my helmet twice even after 3 months which most of the shops wont do. The shops I have seen would just repair it or would do nothing. Bt this shop gave a replacement to my helmet. They would never leave even a single customer.

This is one of the best place where you can buy helmets as well as riding gear here in kochi. We might underestimate the shop when we see it from the outside as it looks so basic. But the best part comes as they take us upstairs to the shop where they keep most of the premium gear. Both premium as well as basic gears are available. If you are looking for a particular model of helmet or gear then they will happy enough to provide you with it (Of course they will order it and get it for you if you insist).

Their staff Jeen is really helpful when it comes to finding the perfect fit and sizing for customers. Really goes that extra mile to help customer decide. Happy with the purchases I made from DJ till date, and their after sales service and support is excellent!

Pretty cool selection of helmets and other Moto gear and an easy place to get to and notice from the road. Plus you can also get replacement visors for your helmet the cool mirrored ones, which arent available online. But the pricing is a bit stiff though so be on the lookout for better deals and only visit if youre feeling lazy.

The shop does have an adequate collection of helmets but i personally found the staff there having no interest in making a sale. Also they couldnt give me any information as to when the stocks would arrive which i had enquired since the brand i was looking for was out of stock.
