Living in the New Village offers direct access to all of the restaurants, bars, shops, arts, and entertainment in Patchogue. The building is the best option for young professionals looking for a place to call home on Long Island. Thanks to Nick C., the leasing agent, the entire move-in process was seamless. Almost two years later, Nick has been a reliable point of contact for all things New Village. The office staff has been willing to work out any concerns that have arisen and the maintenance team, led by Reggie, responds swiftly for repairs. While I love sitting out on my patio and relaxing, the building amenities are great for meeting other residents. The pool and courtyards have been the perfect place to enjoy the warmer weather and the clubhouse is the place to go to sit by the fire in the winter.I couldnt imagine living anywhere else and I look forward to the rest of my time here at the New Village.

I love living at the New Village for 2 years now the front office - especially Nick C, is always so helpful and work hard to keep residents happy and in the loop. Living right on main street is super convenient, love having my own parking spot in the parking garage, the amenities and grounds are extremely well kept. Shout out to Reggie and his team for working tirelessly to keep everything looking beautiful and running smoothly. I never get tired of the pool, gym, community room and fire pit! Keep up the good work :)

I moved to New Village from Manhattan almost 3 years ago and it was the perfect transition coming from a big city. Nick C, Nick L, and the rest of the front office staff are so helpful, professional, fun, and truly go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance/cleaning staff are always friendly, efficient, and timely with requests. The gym, common rooms, and outdoor spaces are beautifully updated and well-maintained, and you can’t beat the location with many restaurants and shops right outside your door. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with great amenities, a dedicated staff, and the conveniences of city living in a suburb, then New Village is where you should call home!

I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely LOVE this place. I cant say enough nice things about it. The staff in the office & management go over and beyond to make you very happy. The maintenance staff responds to problems super fast and always fixes things immediately. The apratments itself are big and very modern with a fabulous location. We are walking distance to restaurants & bars. When you live here you feel part of a big family from the office to maintenance. I would recommend this place to everyone.

If ever I have an issue in my apartment they make sure to respond immediately and get the problem solved as quick as they possibly can!Highly recommend New Village!

Ive been living here for almost a year and half. I will not be renewing my lease. The pricing for everything was a bit much. Packages we had delivered were consistently turned back for wrong addresses or left on the busy main st quite often. Leasing office and all employees were fantastic. I have nothing against them. However...the fire alarm in my building went off at least once a month for the last 6 months, and many times before that. Below are the times from when I decided to start keeping track. As I said it was multiple times before that only when I got REALLY annoyed did I start keeping track. Management offered no solution, only blaming on other tenets and businesses below.-7/2/20 6pm-7/7/20 1am-7/11/20 8am-7/21/20 3am-8/8/20 1245pm-8/10/20 550am-9/14/20 130pm-11/2/20 415pm-12/16/20 8pm-1/25/21 1030am-1/27/21 1230am

I absolutely love this place. Apartments are large, modern, and beautiful- and the amenities are great. My friends and I have spent a ton of nights around the fire pit, while the community room has been a life saver for me having to work from home during COVID.The management and staff have been quick to help in any way possible. Maintenance fixes any issues within a day, sometimes even the same day. And the apartments are walking distance from a ton of restaurants and bars. Im not really a review guy, I had to leave one because I really cant say enough about this place.

This place is absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I recently moved in and have enjoyed our new apartment. The office staff is VERY nice and have done a lot for us since the day we moved in. The only thing that can use some work is maintenance requests for appliances. I understand the circumstances right now due to COVID and building management wants to take precaution, but I think appliances requests should be granted. Other than that small issue, this place is great! The club room is an awesome place to hang out.

There are so many reviews here for months ago when they just open last week. 1st of all this place is amazing. The Mac and cheese was awesome. The place looks really modern with metal chairs and tables. There only a few places to sit as the restaurant is small. The staff seemed really friendly and patient while people decided what they wanted. I have only been here once and Im definitely going back again I cannot say anything negative about this place so far. Good work on the unique Nature of your business I love Mac and cheese youre going to be making a lot of money from me.

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment here when I got a job here on Long Island. Fun place, lots to do, but most of all the management and community at the apartment were fantastic. There maintenance staff were Johnny on the spot every time, and Rosalie was always very helpful and I just cant say enough about how helpful every one was. Its not the cheapest place to stay but you get real value here and you will feel at home!

We lived here for almost 4 years. We started in a 1-bedroom studio and loved it. As our family grew with our first daughter we needed more space. Along the years the parties and staff have become like family. From Halloween costumes parties, to movies on the lawn and even having Santa Clause bring the kiddos gifts we enjoyed our home at New Village. Living here is a special experience. The area is amazing, the community is really close and the staff is family there.

Great location for living in Patchogue. I have nothing negative to say about New Village. Ive lived in Apartment complexes my entire work career and this is one of the best. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is some sort of coffee/tea bar in the clubhouse area...not the leasing office area...which is not accessible when they are closed. Its been done in other apartment complexes Ive stayed at with no issues, it could be done here.

So many things are wrong with this place its amazing that they can find people to rent here. they charge for every little thing and then fine you if you do something that is not on the paperwork but they dont like. mandatory fees that add up from water to garbage to the pool and gym. it is not worth living in a place that goes out of their way to find ways to make life not enjoyable for the amount of money that you pay to live here.

Weve been at New Village at Patchogue for a month now, having just relocated from Florida. Our experience thus far has definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms inside the apartments are spacious, with state-of-the-art appliances and gorgeous décor. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the complex is truly a community with events and offerings that go above an beyond the traditional apartment complex feel. The security is on another level here, giving us peace of mind and a feeling of great safety. We are proud to call New Village at Patchogue our home. The shops and dining that surround the complex make the area a vibrant and fun place to be. We simply can walk downstairs and have our choice of dining from a plethora of trendy and delicious restaurants. The location is fantastic! We see ourselves staying here for a while as we have already called this place our home!

I had the pleasure of living at The New Village in Patchogue from August 2017-October 2018.The staff, which consists of Dorothy, Rosalie, Nick, Megan (until July), Thomas and various hardworking and professional maintenance workers are incredibly accommodating and kind. The communal areas within the complex are kept impeccably clean and organized; they have evening concierge hours for seamless package retrieval, the lobby is always stocked with refreshments, the amenities are always working. The team works hard to create various bimonthly fun activities and events to foster a sense of community within the building, and their efforts are noted and greatly appreciated by all. Moreover, what truly impressed me with my overall living experience at The New Village was how accommodating the management and staff members were to me when I had a housing crisis, which impacted my move out date for a whopping seven weeks! The team was patient, understanding and incredibly gracious to me, and put my emerging needs as a valued client above their bottom-line. I will never forget their acts of generosity and kindness, and the experience has reinforced to me that there are still excellent management companies and managers in the world who place people above profit. Words alone are not sufficient enough to thank the New Village Management team for their ability to treat me with dignity, respect, and compassion during a housing crisis that I was facing while I was eight and half months pregnant with my first child.Ultimately, I will genuinely miss living at the New Village of Patchogue, the apartments are gorgeous with a great layout, the location is excellent, with a variety of entertainment venues and eateries literally across the street, and parking is ample. The New Village team; superb! I will forever reflect on my living experience there with great nostalgia and glee. Bozzuto Mgmt, please give this team a raise, or at the very least one amazing holiday bonus; thanks!!KG

A really good place to live while in early career phase, transitioning, or if you want to settle down in the neighborhood.Everything you need is close by. There is an excellent private local college, 15 minutes walk away, with a nice free accessible library. There are two public libraries 2 blocks away. The LIRR station is 2-3 blocks down, there is an independent cinema nestled in the community. There is a local coffee shop that everyone goes to-- its like the town center. There new swanky bars and good old dive bars, new and old restaurants. New retail and affordable retail moving in and out. Great places to bring friends, coworkers, dates. There are community events and parties on the Main Street every couple weeks which is great and very lively. The local businesses are very welcoming. The town gets pretty busy, but the apartment has little enclaves, club rooms and private courtyards to escape all the bustling for some privacy and relaxation.Suffolk Community College is a 20 minute drive, Stony Brook University and University Hospital is a 30 to 40 minute drive. Good Samaritan Hospital is a 30 minute drive. Many great local hospitals. Lots of doctors nearby, but also will need a car or transportation to get to specialists and facilities.New York City is about 2 hours away. Montauk is about 90 minutes away. In between the two points there are so many great towns to explore and meet people.Water front part of town makes for a nice walk in the summer. The staff and engineers on site are all welcoming professional warm and friendly. They also hold events from time to time and its really nice and makes you feel good. There are many different people living here, which is good because you may be lucky to find a friend in a new neighbor.Overall a great place to live and grow. So thankful for the while I was there that I could call it home.

This review concerns the maintenance staff of new village, my son has lived there since last September. On a visit about 2 months ago I notice the very large mirror in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the only thing preventing it from falling was the light fixture in front of it. They came and took the mirror down telling him that they just needed to order the glue to reinstall the mirror. After several weeks he questioned one of the leasing agents in the office and she told him they had to order a new mirror?? It has been almost 2 months and they still have not installed a mirror in his bathroom. He gave them permission to access his apartment without him being there about a week ago and they promised him he would have the mirror rehung immediately. As of today they still have not come to install the bathroom mirror VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Let me just say that we could not be any more happier that we are moving out in a few months. We have a countdown to move-out day because of how much we hate living here. We are relocating to Florida and are overjoyed. With that being said, I cannot think of ONE redeeming quality that New Village has to offer. Let me just start off by saying that is painfully expensive to live here. The rent is astronomical. If parking spots are available at all, you are stuck paying $54.31 per month for one and then another $79.31 per month on top of that for a second one. You are not allowed to opt-out of the valet trash service that comes Sunday-Thursday nights at eight oclock, which is an additional $25.00 per month. One night, we actually found our garbage can thrown on its side in the middle of the hallway (???). Other than the overpriced rent and monthly fees that living here entail, the incompetence of the leasing staff is a major headache. For the amount of money that it costs to live here, one would think that they would receive top-shelf, sincere customer service. That is certainly not the case. It is nearly impossible to receive a response to an email sent to the leasing office. There were countless occasions where we would have to send a second and a third email in order to receive an answer to a problem that we had. There are also constantly things breaking such as the garage gates and the elevators. They are down for hours at at time until someone decides to show up to fix it. We had a couple of issues within the apartment that we contacted the maintenance staff about and it was like pulling teeth to get them to accommodate our schedule. Not everyone is comfortable with someone in their home without them being present as well. They are only able to come between the hours of 8am-5pm on weekdays. If you are not home during that time and do not give them permission to enter, best of luck trying to reason with them. They will only show up outside of those hours if it is an emergency and to them, an emergency only constitutes as something leaking. On one occasion, my fiancé fixed the dishwasher himself because the maintenance staff was too difficult to deal with. The walls are paper thin in the buildings, so much so that you literally hear everything and anything: your neighbors vacuuming, talking, slamming doors, and even just dropping things. The noise level coming from outside whether day or night is just awful: an obnoxious amount of car horns honking, motorcycles, sports cars speeding... you name it. At night time, you are kept awake by some more honking, talking (you can hear someones conversation verbatim coming from the sidewalk) screaming, fighting, etc. How can I forget to mention the fire alarms that are SO ear-piercing that they can damage someones hearing? They go off several times per month, at all different times, for a minimum of fifteen minutes at a time. Its funny because my fiancé and I joked about waiting until the day we hand in our keys to the leasing office to submit this review but when every single day here is pure aggravation, I could not wait anymore to write this review to warn other potential victims to stay away from this place at all costs. Between the incompetence of the staff, lack of customer service, overpriced rent, mandatory monthly dues, inconsiderate neighbors and disruptive, noisy surroundings, do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. We are just about ready to start packing now!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE living at New Village! People complain that it is pricey however, I would prefer to pay an extra $100/$200 a month for the amazing service, friendly staff, a beautiful apartment and awesome amenities! I have lived in Fairfield apartments, and Heatherwood communities that are cheaper but the experience was awful! Management is amazing and if there is ever an issue (which is rare)they go above and beyond to resolve it. I have read the reviews about people complaining about how loud it is on the weekend, but 1) You are living in Patchogue where there are restaurants and bars, so not sure why they are surprised. 2) If you want a quiet area just pick an apartment that is not located on main street. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL the entire staff is amazing, they became our second family! I moved to Rhode Island, which was the only reason we left.Additionally, the security of the place is awesome. I have never felt safer, between needing the key fabs to get in the building, to get in the elevator, stair ways... pretty much everywhere! I know no visitor or stranger can walk in the building. They also have security walking the hallways Thursday-Sunday.With every place you move to there will be pros and cons. You will never find a perfect place. I would say there are only two cons...The parking, there is one spot in the garage per apartment. There are resident only parking spots, but sometimes its tough to get one. There are two huge parking lots located along Lake avenue that you can park in.2nd con is the lack of areas to walk the pups. There are two grassy areas designated for dogs(which is to expected since it is pretty much city living) but a lot of people speed through the parking lot and it makes me a bit uncomfortable to walk the dogs thru the parking lot, especially at night. There is a larger hang out type of area you can walk dogs at; however, it was just on the otherside of where my building was.So over all, New village is amazing! If you want to pay less then go to the Fairfields or Heatherwood communities you will get what you paid for. My neighbors and staff became my second family and I could never say that about any other apartment complex!!
