Nice banking sector vanue at middle of patan city offering various banking services to the people....

Bad service,rules and officials. And I also gave 3 stars because this branch have Cash deposit machine(CDM).

Very bad experience with this branch. I went there to paid up my home loan. But are not able to provide me that service. Such a District place where loans are issued but they are not able process early paid up. Never expecting such a bad service from axis bank.

Very bad expeince at close my acount

I had to close my saving account because of really bad service provided by two persons Mrugank and Jayesh Prajapati.They opened my saving account and they were my advisors. I wanted to add my husbands name as joint holder so I went to this branch and filled necessary form. They told me it will take 3-4 days. After 1 week when I called them they told me it will take another 3-4 days. They bothered me like this for 1 month. Then they stop picking up my phone. It took more than 1.5 months but they didnt add my husbands name and finally I had to close my account. It not even 11 months for my account.I want to say only one thing if you want to open account in this branch(Patan) please dont go to these two guys (Jayesh Prajapati and Mrugank).
