Hotel location is quite good and close proximity to attraction. The room was great facing of the city view. High glass window with balcony.. it was a great place to stay. Customised breakfast for guest to order with varieties. Clean and equipped with facility like swimming pool at level 24 and sky bar was fantastic! Great stay.. love to come back again!

Really great ambiance, always a cool wind to greet you when you get here. an instant stress relief. roofdeck view is outstanding, perfect for watching fireworks, stargazing, and unwinding.however, elevators needs much improvement since day1 of RFO.

One of the best projects of DMCI. They have a good admin as well. Every project has flaws. Ganon talaga. Walang perfect.

The lobby is tastefully designed (ventilation and interior). I like the accents they used on the wall. But they have to improve on their restroom. It has an offensive smell in the lobby and quite unpleasant smell in the mezzanine area.

Strategic location. A few blocks away from Ortigas center and also close to BGC. The building design is great and well lit. Airflow inside the building is refreshing.Great amenities though some are not yet available as North Tower still on construction. Gym is unfortunately not free. There is 2k monthly fee for usage.

Good location with acceptable security level. Surroundings relatively clean. The common areas are very spacious and good air circulation. The cut of the room is very homey unlike the usual condominium layouts. The visitors parking could probably be addressed even for a limited number of spaces.

Deal breaker for me is the use of cheap unreliable elevator. One broke down when I visited making only 2 functioning out of six at North Tower. Waste of time waiting.

The gym and pool were the best parts of my stay! I picked this hotel because it was close to the main road from the airport but was surprised at how many different facilities it had. It was a complete gym with everything I needed and it was mostly empty. Probably because most other guests were on business trips. The views from my room were as good as the views from the pool too. Spacious, clean and huge windows made the stay very comfortable.

Very nice architecture. Good air movement inside its condominium. The staff are accomodating and the guards are too. Although the elevator is slow. The pool is cold and everyone who drops off other people can see you when you swim. I wish it was located at the second floor or higher. Other amenities are not yet available thou.

Yes I like this residence

Beautiful condominiums from DMCI. I like thier style, from reception to the function hall. From the swimming pool to the toilets. DMCI is a good developer. They build The Cultural Center of the Philippines, University of the Philippines and so on. The condo that they built is sound proof, they have what do they call sky patio. That means they have garden in every 5th floor. DMCI is almost everywhere. Four star for me and the remaining one is for any other developments.
