Arrived in the Philippines last night to take care of my sick and dying mother. Found out that the US is considered a yellow country according to Philippine protocols it would be a mandatory 5 day quarantine. Since I was rushing to get here I forgot to bring the power cord and charger for my laptop. So I googled computer shops near me and found this place. They had a chat line and Tony P was super helpful and knowledgeable on the exact requirements for my HP Pavilion. I explained I was quarantined at a nearby hotel and he arranged a local delivery service bring the part to my room. What a great experience and the price of the product and delivery service was fair and very reasonable. I was so happy with the service I wanted to tip Tony but he refused. Tony, you are a complete professional and that company is very lucky to have you, thank you for your hard work and dedicated service.

I replaced the laptop keyboard in case their placement was uneven. The keys are submerged at the bottom and it is difficult to press the space bar. I dont have time to go back so I cant fix it. I wish it was 1 star but I did 2 because they also slightly cleaned the laptop fan.
