Right in the heart of Pasay... Is it? Im not sure. 😂 The location is great! To left of the towers is the bus terminals. MoA is just a few minutes ride. Theres a 711 beside the condo and fast food chains near the bus terminal. We stayed at the pent house, so great view of the city especially at night. Theres a bar on the deck which is cooler!

It is a very nice place except for the neighborhood and the narrow roads outside its lot area. If you are in a lower floor, the noise from the passing LRT could be a problem. I recommend that noise resistant windows and sliding doors from the balcony may be installed to muffle the loud ambience from the street.If you have your own car and you happen to be a visitor, parking could actually be difficult. There is a free wifi in the lobby where you could contact a Grab commute. Pedicabs and tricycles are readily available outside the gates though. Shopwise, Harrison Plaza and Cash & Carry are a few minutes away.

Generally great place. Windy in a good way. Maintenance could definitely clean more often in the common areas.

A nice place to live in. There are a few things that are not properly maintained, but its good overall. Amenities are also a nice touch.

The Residence is so quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax and enjoy reading a book.

Along Donada St. Infront of a hospital. A very good place because it is near the lrt too. Fastfoods and malls are near the place. Even the school is walking distance too.A condotel where everything you need is just around it. Its a high rise building but their security system isnt that efficient.Plus their units not that great!

Best place in terms of transportation reachability. Near important transportation stations too. The commercial area is complete with a convenience store, a kindergarten with tutorials and language classes, and a salon/spa.

Usually if my aunt is in town she usually rebt a unit there to stay for a konth and I usually stay there with her. And I really appreciate the place. The facilities are really clean like for example their pool, it is really well maintained.

The access ramp is often blocked by parking cars. Also wheelchairs have to use the main road along with the cars instead of being able to use the sidewalk because theres no ramp access to the sidewalk and the pavement on the road in really rough for the wheelchair.

Location is convenient to many common places. Maybe 15-20 minutes to either Makati or MOA. LRT line is a couple of blocks away. Security is good, guards and desk are helpful. Laundry, convenience store on premises. Secluded roof top restaurant open from 5AM-12 MIDNIGHT for residences only though, so you have the place to yourself usually. Nice pool. 200php for non residences.

Unsafe. high rise building with undiciplined residents.. falling objects, garbages and cigarrette butts comming out of the verandas.

Taft corner donada st pasay city

Was here for a short time renting an apartment and NOT impressed at all. The place has been built and fitted out as cheaply as possible , the office staff in the property management office are rude, disrespectful and arrogent. But the worst is that the place was infested with cockroaches.When i left to buy an apartment I made damn sure it was nothing built by DMCI homes.Also, be VERY aware that if you are renting an apartment you are considered a Transient and will not be admitted access to the swimming pool.I was very very glad to get the hell out of the place.Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean. Lots of activities inside the compound. Unfortunately the bus station is very noisy (claxon/horning busses 24/7). But on the bright side, on step away to nearly all Metro Manila thanks to transportation just around the corner. MOA (Mall Of Asia), NAIA Airport, MRT to Makaty, Ortegas (Mega Mall) etc.

Nice and safe condo. Plus points for the maintenance and cleanliness of the common areas whos staff is seen working constantly and the courteous staff and guards. Its location is central and close to many sources of transportation (buses, train, jeepneys, FX, tricycles). Across from a hospital and one jeepney ride away from Mall of Asia. Cons: they charge residents additional fees that are too high for use of the gym, recreational areas, etc. when they dont offer everything . The food at the rooftop restaurant is subpar and the poolside eatery doesnt have many options.

Just fine. Loud sounds of vehicles can be heard dut to its location. Not well maintained garbage disposal. However, the pool is okay though it isnt that big.
