Superior service and friendly staff who pay attention to details and make the experience enjoyable.
Let me start off with saying that everyone here are aim to please. Danielle was the one that helped me get the perfect glasses for me. She took her time to answer all my questions and help me after the nightmare of an experience at Linden (STAY AWAY FROM THERE). The entire staff at Diamond Vision Optometry are amazing and I’m definitely coming back next year.
This place is amazing came from out of town got me quick got my glasses and contacts within a week. Everyone was friendly and very thorough about everything they did!!!! One of the highlights of my short notice trip!!!!!
Love Danielle 10 out of 10 customer service would come back
I have had three pairs of glasses fitted with prescription lenses at Diamond vision...the lenses dont fit the frames on any of these purchases. Went to have them adjusted, and now the frames are bent on two of the the three pairs, and you guessed it...the lenses still dont fit on any of them. I especially liked that they treated me as though it was my fault...and they were right, i went back thinking that they would repair their mistakes (still mad at myself)...go to Diamond vision if you like being frustrated by people doing things poorly.
Diamond Vision is great! I love the staff- they are all so nice and accommodating. They were able to get me an emergency visit when my eyes reacted poorly to my contacts. The doctor listened to my symptoms and is helping me troubleshoot the problem (is it dry weather? Am I allergic to the contact solution?). I have never had a bad experience here.
Very personable staff and friendly doctors. I saw Dr Wu and hes super friendly and thorough. I am changing from Golden Optometry in San Gabriel to this office. Irene is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the front desk lady. Update: 5/4/12 - just picked up my glasses. Great job! They added nosepads to my current frames and now I can wear them more often.
Jessica was terrific. She spent 30 min. repairing some old glasses of mine that i didnt purchase from them and did not charge me. I will use them in the future for all my eye glass care..
Great place!!!!! Dr. Jacqueline Kao is great and she is passionate about her profession. Highly recommend her and Diamond Vision!!
Diamond Vision does not guarantee their work on prescription lenses, so you, the client, are the naive loser. After you pay upfront for your prescription lenses to be made and sign with your credit card, they will then issue you a printed receipt to sign that states in very tiny writing that there are NO REFUNDS ever. If they do not deliver your lenses, or fill the prescription correctly (mine were simply bifocals) even after multiple attempts (four times over three months) because of incompetency, you will lose both your money and time. You will then be forced to sue them in small claims court. It is an extremely draining and unpleasant experience to do business with them, and it is clearly unethical. The storefront looks like it might be reputable, but beware because they are all smiles until you pay and have a problem. Also they say they are ordering specific materials when they are not, justifying their high costs. Beware again. One person says it is one material, then another says something else. They manage to obfuscate by not writing anything on the receipt for you. Many reviews for businesses here are written by friends and family, so take it seriously when a negative review comes in. The filtered reviews taken down by Yelp are often made by the business itself to gain five star ratings. Also some businesses offer discounts to potential customers for posting five star reviews.I wish that supporting local businesses was the way to go, but you have to be extremely careful. It is the worst business I have been to because of incompetency and ethical standards.
I have one of their patients who moved, they were very helpful when I called. The review saying that optometrists only know prescriptions is an absolute joke. We go to school for 4 years AFTER college, about 2 classes are for prescriptions its ALL medical / health related. Ignore the bad review its factually wrong
Seriously misleading bunch of women. Try to talk to your general physician before you visit optometrist. Optometrist knows the basics of lenses, but thats about it. You need more help when dealing with eye-ailments, so be careful and dont go to a place where people are only interested in selling you glasses than getting you cured, or even directing you to right place. If you think I am lying, just check out the lobby and you will women selling glasses no matter what is the reason for peoples visit!
Avoid this place and its optometrist, you will regret coming here.
