RIP OFF!! Took my money, messed up the order and never responded to calls or emails. I ordered a deep clean they sent the maid notice of a quick clean. I called and emailed several times and they don’t respond to correct the issue although they’ve charged me for a deep clean.

AVOID!!I paid for a cleaner, they took my money, the cleaner didn’t show up, and they did not answer my calls or return my emails. This is a fraudulent business. I would avoid and use more reputable apps like Tidy, where your money is safe.Mike

Tough to find a last minute maid after another company pulled a no-show. Was able to book someone who came out within two hours, and she made my house look so much better. You dont have to use the app, you can also call. The maid did a really great job. So happy with results. Its hard work cleaning other peoples houses and our maid had a great attitude and followed instructions.

I don’t think there is any other app like MaidsApp - a few clicks and a maid is at your door, ready to clean. This is especially helpful for long weekends or last minute gatherings when you need to impress friends and family with a fresh clean home. We’re always doing the entertaining at our place so it’s nice to have someone help out with the clean up.

Why wasn’t this services created sooner?! This app reminds me of uber. The app allows you to request a maid for either a basic cleaning, quick, or deep cleaning. I was especially impressed with the convenience of scheduling and not having to schedule an appointment in advanced. I’d say prices are fair and reasonable for the services received. 10/10 for me.

I’m not one to post reviews but I almost feel compelled to! I was so blown away by how well they cleaned my house. I wish I had taken a before and after. I’ve already recommended MaidsApps to so many friends and they all agree that the services are excellent!

My husband and I are always hosting parties so the pre and post housekeeping is often a drag (mostly the post haha) so maids app is definitely our go-to. The cleaners have always been extra kind and easy to work with.

PLEASE READ!!!I would like everyone to please read about my, unfortunate but REAL experience with this application before deciding to hire.I paid $250 for my first time cleaner to come out.My maid never arrived and my money was withdrawn out of my account. My first reaction was that Maidsapp was committing fraud and money laundering.I called the Maidsapp corporate office and spoke with the most disrespectful staff ever, including ANITA.The NEXT DAY a GROUP of extremely underage Hispanic kids arrived at my door with ONE adult. This is not only unprofessional but as well ILLEGAL.ON TOP OF THIS UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE, my maid with her children then entered my home. Began to clean and THEN LEFT WHEN THERE WERE DISHES ON THE COUNTER!!!!!To conclude, I received delayed service, disrespect, illegal services, money withdrawn and no cleaned home.This is not a fake story, false accusation or a plot to ruin this companys reputation. This is a real customer experience.I extremely dont recommend this company to anyone. I wouldnt hire a maid using this site to clean my horse stables
