We contacted Singulart the same day and they assured us via phone that they will fix the mistake. Ever since they have not responded to our mails - although we contacted two different people. Real shame because they have lovely pieces but they as a company dont seem to be very serious. Taking the piece to be framed myself now. Eyeroll ...

Ive had a great experience with Singulart. The Singulart team made the entire process very simple, from the selection of the artwork to the delivery. The artwok I bought (Janina Krachts linoprint) arrived in very good condition and fits perfectly in my living room. I didnt think it would be that easy to buy artworks online. The customer service that I received was so professional and way beyond my expectations! I worked with the art advisor, Rebecca Ashlock, who communicated with me every step of the way to relay information to the artist. Her emails were so thoughtful and friendly, and she made it possible for me to receive this painting that traveled from France to the USA in just a few days! I am so impressed with Singulart on many levels. They have a wonderful representation of talented artists worldwide that I would not have otherwise discovered in my travels. I highly recommend them to any art collector, they are a class act in a league of their own! I am grateful for the enjoyable experience that I had with them and I am sure I will be back to purchase another painting in the future.

Im a gallery owner and artist at Laelanie Art Gallery, yesterday i found out that singulart was using my name Laelanie Larach to promote there ads. I never heard of this online art gallery and they dont have permission to use my name on there marketing. Please remove my name Laelanie Larach from your business. Singulart does not sell my artwork on there website, my paintings are only available for sale at my art gallery.

I rarely leave reviews after online purchases but my experience with Singulart was so outstanding that I felt it important to recognize their service. Several months ago I found a perfect painting from a South African artist on the Singulart website. I was a bit uncomfortable making this purchase given some of the international logistics. I live in the US and I was purchasing a painting from a South African artist utilizing Singulart, which is based in France. However everything went well. The website purchase and shipping were very easy. No issues with customs. The painting arrived within two weeks. Unfortunately the artist did not include the frame that was supposed to be included in the sale.Singulart assigns a customer service representative to each customer (in my case, Georg) who sends emails every step of the way to let you know the location of your purchase and other logistical information. I emailed Georg and explained the problem. He immediately contacted the artist and explained that he was supposed to send this painting framed. Unfortunately Singulart was not able to convince the artist to solve the problem. As a solution, Georg asked me to provide him with a quote from my local frame store for a similar frame. I did so, and Singulart refunded me the cost of the frame. WOW! I was not expecting that. I thought I would have to pay for a frame myself. Great work Georg and Singulart! I love the personalized service and I greatly appreciate Singularts willingness to solve a problem they did not create. I will definitely shop with you again. Happy holidays!

My painting came damaged, which was a bit dissapointing, but the Singulart team (Asha) went the extra mile to make sure i get it repaired in the shortest time possible.I was constantly updated about the progress and eventually received my painting repaired.Sh!t happens, but what matters is how you deal with it. And they dealt greatly!

Jai essayé plusieurs fois dacheter une oeuvre sur le site mais apparemment cest impossible. Lexpérience est terrible du point de vue de lacheteur. Jai passé des appels, répondu à des mails, parlé sur le chat en ligne pour essayer dacheter une oeuvre, sans succès. Sur internet je ne trouve que des beaux discours des fondateurs, mais aucun artiste qui raconte son expérience positive sur la plateforme. Je ne pense pas que ce site fasse des ventes. Aussi, mon amie artiste reçoit souvent des mails disant quelle a été mise en avant sur le site dans une catégorie précise. À chaque fois cest faux et la page est introuvable sur le site, même en essayant avec plusieurs ordinateurs et navigateurs internet. Jai limpression que ce site est une arnaque dirigée par des stagiaires ou des freelances mal payés par des pseudos entrepreneurs fils à papa. Aussi Singulart prend 50% des bénéfices de lartiste mais ne les met pas en avant, ils ne leur trouvent pas de clients, alors que cest justement leur job. La seule chose que Singulart fait bien cest le design des pages dartistes, au moins ça donne de linspiration pour les artistes et ça structure leur travail. Jespère quils nen profitent pas pour revendre les info des artistes à dautres entreprises. Si vous êtes acheteurs allez autre part, si vous êtes artiste nattendez rien de plus quune belle page de présentation.

An absolute disappointment, especially because of the poor communication. I emailed this company many months ago. After I heard nothing, wrote again.
