This is my first Michelin restaurant. It is located in the 4seasons hotel. We both took the lunch menu with different combination. All the food that came were so beautiful to my eyes and brillant in my mouth. We couldnt resist to take the flower desert that the waiter was talking about and sell it so well. Kind of nasty to say that, but the bread was mind blowing. Definitely a really great value (75euro each for the menu without desert) for the experience! Try to book a month before if you want have access to the lunch menu :) Waiter were amazing and top notch. The atmosphere really peaceful with a view on the garden. Highly recommend it

This restaurant offers an amazing modern fine dining experience.We had the 3 course lunch menu, where you get to choose your starter, main and dessert from the lunch menu list (a choice of 3 different dishes per course). On top of the 3 courses we were presented with various appetisers and bread, and petit fours at the end of the meal. All dishes were either seafood or vegetarian.Every course was presented to appeal to the eyes, the appetisers were presented on unique plant based items such as ornamental cut fruits and plenty of attention to detail on the other courses - they do say you eat with your eyes first.Taste-wise, the food lived up to the expectations set by the presentation. Flavours were balanced and interesting, and each dish with different texture elements.After the meal, the head chef came out to greet us which was a nice end to the meal.Service was refined, but friendly and approachable. Similarly, the restaurant was sophisticated, offered pleasant views of the courtyard decorated with orchards. Dress code was smart casual.

Delightful high tea is a beautiful setting, looking out onto a garden. It costs 70 Euros for high tea and a glass of champagne, this also includes one pot of tea. If you want another pot of tea, it costs 20 Euros! Impeccable service and a live piano player add to the experience. They brought us a delicious, light cake with a candle to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant sits within the Four Seasons Hotel which is stunning and worth visiting to view their fresh flower displays.

Lieu exceptionnellement intimiste (véranda avec une dizaine de table) pour une cuisine d’exception, uniquement sur la base de produits de la mer.Nous nous sommes régalés avec le menu dégustation : les amuses bouches magnifiquement mis en scène annoncent déjà la couleur ! Le Rouget en écailles est superbement accompagné de son émulsion et du mariage des textures (fondant / craquant).Le Chef est venu faire le tour des convives à la fin du service pour s’assurer que tout le monde avait passé un agréable moment.

Great experience.Location at the top.Cuisine that is both modern and a little flashy, but tastes are there.Service in line with our expectations. My pregnant wife was particularly well accompanied throughout the meal.We were charged 6 euros per person for water which is fine. Thank you.Only downside: The espresso coffee at 12 € is slightly above the high range not to be exceeded.We will be back, it was an unforgettable experience.Thank you again to the whole team.

For our 11th wedding anniversary we were looking for more than a restaurant, we wanted to have an experience and see if what we were seeing on TV was not a big part of the show ... Whether it was on the call to reserve, the reception, the service, the whole staff, the kitchen, it was an unforgettable experience. For our child, the chef even departed from the menu, at no time did we have the impression of asking for an effort, we feel that each customer request is a priority to which we respond with pleasure, we are very far from the commercial relationship that we can have today in most shops (restaurant or not for that matter). A splendid setting, a staff at the same time present, discreet, efficient and always with a smile despite the mask. Exceptional cuisine with quality ingredients and impressive know-how. I ordered dinner with 6 tasting courses,It was the most romantic time in Paris.It was a meal to celebrate Wifes 10th anniversary, and every dish felt a beautiful piece.The staff said that they had visited Korea last vacation and served comfortably and made the pleasant meal more enjoyable.Im making bonsai a hobby.One of the desserts hung plums and Japanese tuna (minikiwi) on bonsai.It was an impressive dessert.I think we should give more Michelin stars.One is too lacking.The price is 400 Euros, including both traditional and main wines. I think it is a very reasonable price.
