Its really an amazing place to have a property of your own. Very well planned and developed and its a worth buying as an investment in the upcoming town of Hindupur. The project is located just with in 5 kms from the main town in a very peaceful location. The AP Government is contemplating to make Hindupur as a district headquarters and with the medical college already announced, you cant miss the golden opportunity.

Though am late in writing my review, but it deserves mentioning.We bought plots a couple of months ago in Thirumala Nagar, Parigi, Hindupur and they have been amazing from start to finish as they took away all the stress that comes with buying one and it all took less than a week.They took care of everything, from paperwork to registration, and kept us updated every step of the way via my cousin who was helping us. Venugopal Rao, who has developed this property is very thoughtful and ensured there is absolutely nothing that we must worry while construction too(water, electricity, road, parks etc.). The perk is that this is a gated community in rural part of the town which is not usually heard off.Am also deeply impressed by the various CSR activities conducted under Divya Educational and Charitable Trust. Keep up the good work as always 😊

The layout is very good .. In addition to laying the layout in a good environment, planting trees, current facility, park facility for children, being attached to the road, I think it will be good in the future ....Especially the site owner Swami garu (Venugopal Rao Garu) is very trustworthy ..sir it would have been nice if all the asphalt roads had been laid .. it still feels good..

Best developer, vast knowledge in developing land with electricity, water facility, roads with beautiful trees by the side of sites. If anybody purchases sites today, they will be in Mahardasha tomorrow. Wait for golden era few more days after purchase. It is true to my knowledge.Naga Kumar.
