The place is nice ,but I dont know why but felt a lot off cons here. The products I buy from here get damaged way too early and cost high for many things. The repairing center is not very professional the workers there is people who know just some things and not deep, therefore repairs are vary shabby..It has almost many gadgets as we wantBut the budget might be a bit high..Its overall a nice place for purchasing high end laptops and accesories.

Very bad experience and fraudulent people. All items are overpriced and they will not give you any reasonable discount. When I purchased a laptop recently from there with a higher price thats more than Rs. 4000 on market rate, they gave me a cheap mouse as a gift and later understood that the same is an old one and give up by someone due to improper working. Never go to the shop. You will be cheated !

Felt that products are overpriced and they also took 30 rupees extra saying swiping commission when bought items for 2395 and paid via card. This was told when I questioned after finding mismatch between bill and paid receipt generated by the swiping machine. I have been using card payment at many places and this is the 1st time I am hearing about swiping commission and this was told only when questioned.Apart from the above, Their collection is good and staff is having enough knowledge about the products

But the repair staff is very irresponsible...read moreI had given it to get my graphics card replaced, (thats what they said, for Rs.3500). So i got the laptop fixed after much delay ( since they said parts were not available.. ok).But then when i got it back ...some of the screws were missing...the laptop had been formatted, I lost all my data on my harddisk, when i clearly asked them not to touch by even calling them multiple times ( i had taken backup of my important work files thank god, but lost many precious photo memories) ...But that is not even the worst part, when I used a recovery software on the hdd, i found lots of recent files and photos that did not belong to me.Thats when i realized that THEY USED MY HDD TO BACKUP SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS DATA. Imagine how my fustration got even worse. As if they did not have spare hdds to back up customer data.By the way, this incident happened 2 years ago, but i came back to post this review now because, that one missing screw kept reminding me how bad their customer service was.Sorry for the long post, but i hope someone could take caution when dealing with LessThanAverageIndia computers.

Long story short ...Bought my Vaio laptop...broke its hinges..went for a repair service....changed my lcd screen which was 1600*900 resolution to a low resolution screen without my consent ...ruined the laptop body while trying to melt and keep hinges in place...came to know screen was changed so went back..he confirmed he changed it without my knowledge...asked for my high resolution screen which they didnt provide ...the entire experience didnt fix anything but ruined my laptop...service is utterly worst..
