Took my 4 yr old daughter on a Saturday night 7:30pm (Labor Day Weekend). Her regular pediatrician office had no appointments during the day and my daughter was not well. I had no appointment when I showed up. Registered via cell phone using QR Code which facilitated the process. Took about 5-7 minutes to complete mobile registration. Once inside, waited about 10 minutes and was called into a room. The nurse & doctor Spitzer where fantastic and great with my daughter. I was super impressed with the process and how fast everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this urgent care location and will certainly be using it again if need be. The level of service and efficiency was one of the best I’ve seen.

We had to go to get my son tested. Making an appointment was very easy, and once you get there, you check-in on your phone and wait in your car until they text you to come in. After that things are supposed to be very quick but we ended up waiting another 45 minutes (at first in the clinic but then we went back into the car when it dragged on). When we finally got in, they did apologize and mention some urgent cases came in that threw off their schedule. Im glad they finally explained, but given theyve got an app to communicate with people who are waiting in their cars, they also could have had the receptionists explain what was going while we were waiting. As a parent, Im happy they prioritize really urgent cases, but communication is also important.

BE AWARE BEFORE YOU LISTEN TO THEM! I saw Dr.Nina Epstein and she misdiagnosed my 2 year old daughter. This is the first time I leave a review on Google, I felt like people need to see this before listening to that doctor. SHE WAS NOT INFORMATIVE AT ALL! stayed in our room for 3 minute and left to prescribe the wrong medication for the wrong diagnosis! She said that my daughter had ear infection in both ears and she prescribed her amoxicillin for 10 days... after the second dose of amoxicillin, my daughter redacted with SEVERE DIARRHEA and rash... I stopped amoxicillin right away and saw her pediatrician the very next day and he said that THERE IS NO EAR INFECTION AND NO AMOXICILLIN WAS NEEDED.Ps, my daughter was seeny her pediatrician the day before and he said thre was no ear infection. The only reason we took to pm pediatrics was her high fever...

I am so grateful to everyone at PM Pediatrics for the way they cared for my 4 yo daughter the past two days. She had a high fever with a stomach ache and thanks for the very thorough doctor they were able to determine it was a UTI, even though that was not likely or obvious based on her symptoms. We weren’t able to produce a urine sample on site so we were able to bring it in the next day. They called us right away when they saw clear signs of an infection. Because our pharmacy was closed they gave us the first dose there so we didn’t have to wait to start treatment. The facility is clean, organized, and efficient. Everyone was so lovely and caring. We will definitely be back the next time we inevitably need it!

To be fair, the staff was very nice to my child and the system in place with safety protocols were definitely up to par. However, I find it to be irresponsible and completely UNACCEPTABLE that I was promised a call pending the lab results for my child and never got one. I had to find out on my own by waking up this morning and checking my child’s patient portal. Furthermore I call and was told that I would get a call today from the doctor to discuss next steps. That was 10:15am. It’s now 9:00pm and STILL NO CALL !!! I totally understand that we are dealing with unprecedented times and I’m sure your office has its moments when it gets overwhelmed but you STILL have a duty to be responsible with your patients. Had a visit with my child, the front desk Manager Mike could not verify my insurance , and wanted to bill me directly, I called my insurance and confirm that it’s Active and Representative asked to speak to Mike or to call him directly, and Mike refused stating that they don’t do that and I have to deal with billing myself. And if I didn’t like his response I can go with my child that had fiver somewhere else.I agreed to get Billed for the visit while we already spent about 20 minutes in the waiting room and it was not practical to look for another Doctor and to schedule a new appointment .So we where greeted by a Nurse and then a doctor after about 5 minutes we where on our way with some kind of pamphlet about a viruses , very cold unfriendly and dry interaction I guess because of the Mike’s refusal to verify my insurance coverage. Weve been to this location quite a few times in the past, but our visit in October was by far the worst visit that would make me look for a different place to take my child to next time I need an urgent care. First of all, this location cant accommodate the patients safely in Covid environment. The patients bump into each other in the small hallway and there is no way to avoid it. The wait time when we came in was 1 hour, when we were leaving it was 2+ hours. Mind that you have to wait all this time with a sick child in the car on the parking lot and if you leave the parking lot, you lose your turn. The lady at the front desk requested to pay the bill on the spot and when I tried to ask what the payment covers since she doesnt really know what the issue is and what type of tests the child might need, instead of explaining to me what the payment covers, she raised her voice and almost yelled that I am responsible for paying my deductible and its due immediately. The same front desk lady walked into the exam room without introducing herself, she took my childs vitals and asked for symptoms and issues and determined what tests to take. I still dont know whether that was a front desk/billing department representative or a nurse. She didnt communicate with the doctor, as the doctor who came in after her didnt even realize that the tests were done and which ones, so I had to fill her in and asked to see the rapid test results. Now, the last drop was when I found out that my insurance covered the visit in full, and the PM pediatrics got the payment for the visit twice: from me and from my insurance. So I had to call the billing department and request for the refund that now I need to wait for 3-5 days.

Complained about it and then she goes oh so why didnt you say that you have an appointment?.This place should really get on top of things. I understand that theyre trying to save costs by having automatic systems, but hey - were human- beings - not robots!! The wait was a bit long, but that is to be expected. It was not anything out of the ordinary. The office looked clean and proper practice/precautions were followed. I went in with my 4 year old and she was absolutely terrified. I will be honest , I was nervous as well. Well God must have heard my heart and my prayers because we got Maggie. She was the same sweet young lady that smiled at us and gave a warm.hello as she passed the front desk when we had first arrived. Well Maggie has a gift. Her energy alone was undeniable. She knew exactly how to speak to my daughter and ease her fears. I was able to see that my daughter trusted and felt safe with Maggie. You can tell she dies this work from her heart and I wish her success in her field, all the way to the top. Then Dr. Shah came in to take care of the second half of our visit. He also was very gentle, spoke softly and was able to build trust with my child. Dr.Shah is very knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed but without the fear. I had not slept at all prior to our visit. I am grateful, not only on our behalf, but all the childrens behalf who visit, for Maggie & Dr.Shahs kindness, professionalism, wisdom and their work. I went with my daughter for a 6pm Covid Test appointment. We showed up at 6.00pm sharp at their door. Someone else had just walked in, and the lady behind the counter gestured to us that we should wait outside. That’s perfectly reasonable. It looked like a person in front of us had some trouble signing in, so it took about 10 minutes for him to be done. The receptionist meanwhile disappeared for about 5 minutes. Finally we walk in, but she says she cant find us in her system. We show her the confirmation email. Now she says she cant find us because we are late!!! I tell her that we are only late because she asked us to wait outside. Now she says that I am being argumentative and that I should leave. I say that I am happy to leave, as long as they do the Covid Test on my daughter per appointment. She says that we both have to leave, per their policy.I think this woman had no idea what to do with her computer, and created lies and accused a client , just to hide her own incompetence. What a pitiful place, what a shameful, disrespectful and demeaning treatment. I will never set foot in this place again. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.(My daughter has only mild symptoms. What if she develops serious issues, and she actually ends up needing help! This practice is not following the Cares Act and is charging families co-pays for PCR Covid testing. After scheduling in advance then waiting the day of my scheduled appointment to be seen. The receptionists refused to administer a covid test to myself and my two boys without me first paying my total co-pay of $150. When I reminded them of the Cares Act and their own website noting they don’t charge a copay for pcr testing as it’s sent out to a lab who processes it, they still insisted this is their policy. Determined to get a test due to concerns of my eldest son’s exposure to someone that tested positive, I even offered to be billed later but was still turned away without paying upfront. The purpose of the Cares Act is to ensure people have access to testing to keep both themselves and others safe and decrease the spread. This negligent practice during a global health pandemic only helps to spread this deadly disease. I also had a second experience in which I was trying to get treatment for my child and was again being turned away before anyone could assess my child. I am starting to feel that this location is just not BIPOC friendly and therefore I will avoid this place and go where I don’t have to fight to get treatment for my kids and respect as a concerned parent.

I went to get covid tested there on Monday and was absolutely shocked by how unorganized and careless this place is about the pandemic. First of all, they were extremely backed up with appointments and the nurses were rude. In addition, the covid tests were done inside in a doctors office. They brought me into a room, took my pulse and then tested me. Then, the doctor came in to check my symptoms... he stood so close to me, checked my breathing, and kept pulling his mask down. I tested negative and have antibodies, but if someone was positive, they could spread it by just being in the office. Also, this puts elderly people, people who are immunocompromised, pregnant women, and others solely seeking pediatric care at risk... do better. Also its a covid test I dont need to be in an office for 10 minutes with a doctor... things would go faster and smoother if you just did drive up tests.

On 11/19, I received a positive Covid-19 result from my local doctor. We were able to get an appointment with PM Pediatrics that evening so that, as per CDC guidelines, our 7 year old and 4 year old could also be tested (according to PM Pediatrics website, my wife would also be eligible for a test) for Covid. PM Pediatrics initially refused to test any of them despite our appointment! My wife and children were told, since they had direct exposure to me, to anticipate that the entire house would be positive and that (again despite CDC guidelines) testing was unnecessary and wasteful. My wife argued at length with the Doctor (whose name I will omit) until he allowed for one of our two children to be tested - the 7 year old has asthma, has been active in local sports and recreation and had attended school prior to my having been tested (we quarantined from the time I took my test - also day 1 of any symptoms). We wanted to make sure we could contact the families of his teammates and notify the school - if it was necessary. Despite the doctors entirely bravado based diagnosis, the 7 year olds test came back NEGATIVE. My wife subsequently tested NEGATIVE. While my wife and children are in quarantine completing their 14 days, I have remained in isolation. We were incredibly disappointed in PM Pediatrics for their refusal to follow CDC guidelines AND willingness to ignore their own advertised policy for testing.

I have been to PM pediatrics at the paramus location a few times. I have never had an issue until tonight. My almost 2 year old had a fever and just felt to me like he was burning up. I went in at 830 and was told there were just a few people in front of me. At 1030 I got up and left without seeing a doctor. At this point, according to my place in line, there were still 5 people ahead of me. I thought that was odd because I only saw 3 people check on before me. Come to find out people had made appointments to have COVID testing done and were just walking in and getting their tests done. Meanwhile there are sick children waiting in the waiting area. PM Pediatrics is suppose to be an urgent care for sick children. It has turned into a COVID-19 testing sight. I just feel that priority should go to those who are sick. Especially the one child who came in after me who was screaming and crying that his head hurt and began to vomit everywhere. You would think that being medical professionals they would think this child needs to be seen quickly. But nope, they told the father to take the child to the car that there would be a 2 hour wait. And my child, who had a high fever and was obviously very sick waited 2 hours without being seen before i decided to take him elsewhere. PM Pediatrics should be ashamed of themselves.

I was so impressed by this clinic. Clean, bright, with beautiful paintings on walls and warm caring personnel. We were done within 30 minutes of our arrival. There was no wait time, as soon as we checked in, we were called into the exam room. The nurse took the vitals, and the doctor examined my kid. All this in 30 minutes - dont think an ER or other urgent care clinics can beat that. 5 stars.

Do not schedule an appointment; its a scam to make you think you have a slot. I had one for my baby who had an ear infection. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and then asked what the expected wait was because we had an appointment 40 minutes ago, and my baby wasnt going to last much longer. They told me it would be another 40 minutes, and that its not an appointment you schedule, its just a placeholder like anyone else walking off the street as a walk-in. No common decency to mention this at check-in or even via there text messaging. The text messaging even said to be 10 minutes early when we scheduled it. We went down the road to another waljin clinic and were seen in minutes by a PA.

Nurses and staff were so polite and helpful. It was great to have positive energy once you walk in the door. Dr. Samantha Graney and the staff who attended to us were so nice to my daughter. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The worst place I’ve ever taken both my sick children to. I will never come here again. After two different experiences in this place from different doctors, this place only seems to be willing just to take your money and not provide your children with the medicines they need. My kids were coughing their lungs out and the doctor said they were just fine. Wouldn’t prescribe any medicine to them, “because she felt that it wouldn’t help them and that’s not what they are about”! You’d probably get better treatment from a witch doctor.

I love this place and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because as I sit here and wait with my son, as a walk-in, people can check in online and not be here, and when they show up they can go in front of us that have been waiting here. Didn’t know that and honestly I don’t think that is very fair.

The staff, nurses and doctors are always very good at PM Pediatrics. This last time we went the doctor was so happy for my son that his ankle wasn’t broken too! She knew how nervous we were and told us what he needed to do to make sure his sprain did not get worse. They wrote a note for his trainer without us even asking for it!

Our lo was down with fever & since it was a weekend our pediatricians office was closed. She recommended us to visit PM pediatrics for urgent care. The entire process at this place right from registering to visiting the doctor was smooth & fast with a bare minimum wait time. The nurse and the doctor on duty were very patient and helpful. Thank God we found this place it saved us from ER.

I would like to really give my appreciation to Jodi , she was working on the reception desk that day around 9 pm and she was very alert and professional on keeping patients comfortable and very caring and even asked my son how he was doing , he was on high fever and really made my son smile , she came and asked how the baby was doing and really a caring personality and I would really give kudos and I hope the Management really know about her on keeping that whole pm pediatrics great with great doctors too. Again a big thanks to her

After calling my pediatrician all day and not getting through a friend told me about PM pediatrics. What a wonderful experience we had. We were in and out and the staff was wonderful. The woman at the front, the sweet nurse, and gentle and thorough doctor made our experience very very nice. I will be back.

I took my son on Sunday morning. Luckily we got there about 10 minutes before opening and only 2 other patients were ahead of us waiting already. Soon after about 9 more patients arrived so it got very busy real quick. We were attended within 20 minutes after signing in. Nurses and a doctor were cordial and pleasant. Definitely a positive experience.

Today was our second time at PM Pediatrics and we have been really impressed! My daughter has a terrible skin infection that wasn’t getting better. It turns out she was misdiagnosed originally by our regular pediatrician with Impetigo. Once we went PM Ped’s, the doctor took one look at her and knew it wasn’t that, but was ringworm. Now she’s on the correct medication and hopefully it will quickly clear up. Thank you PM Ped’s!

Brought my daughter in last night because I noticed her knees were red and swollen and it looked like she was developing a rash. When we got there the person at the front desk was so kind she offered an ice pack for my girl and then the nurse brought us in not long after. She gave her Motrin and then a few minutes later the dr came in. She was so sweet and caring and 10-15 minutes after examining her we were out and on our way home. The staff there are just so kind and caring and I love this place

Pm Pediatrics was fast, effective and friendly. My daughter woke up at 10 pm with an ear infection. Our local pharmacy was already closed. The doctor there was able to give her the first dose of medicine, so I didnt have to worry about finding a 24 hour pharmacy at 11:00 on a Sunday night. Very helpful!

Sitting in my car at 1:30 with a 1pm appointment... I have was just told that appointments are not a guarantee to be seen at that time and appointments are optional. So a bunch of people that didn’t take the time to schedule an appointment are being seen ahead of me while I sit outside with 2 kids in a car for over 30 minutes.I wont be back here.
