Paramakudi Busstand is One of the Busiest Busstand in Ramanathapuram district and Crowded too .Ambience of the busstand was not excellent but Okay . Passenger should keep the place clean . Paramakudi have Road link with All South Tamilnadu District(Small village to Town and Cities) and also Serves Direct Buses to the All major Cities in Tamilnadu like Chennai , Madurai , Trichy , Coimbatore , Thirupur , Salem , Tanjore , Thoothukudi , Rameshwaram , etc etc .

Paramakudi bus stand is very worste my mobile phone stolen in bus stand.. So safe in bus stand. No CCTV in bus stand... People please stay alert

It would be better if they maintain the cleanliness of this place. Nevertheless, the Paramakudi railway station is just located at the backside of this bus stand which is very much helpful for the commuters to switch their mode of transport to reach their destination. The total distance from here to the railway station is not more than 200m. Im pretty sure its just a walkable distance for most of us. Best thing about this city I explored was the parotta and Salna. I would suggest you to have that in your visit check list whenever you visit here.

Located at the center of the city. Bus stand is neat and having enough shops within it. Main advantage is Railway Station is in walkable distance. You can get everything right from food, provision to clothes. Only problem is auto charges are too high.

Nasty place to be. Never get out of the bus if you are passing by this bus stand. Crowded and noisy place. The transport department can maintain much better.
