We got a cake for our daughter and we were very pleased and happy with the cake.overall it was moist and tasty.we will surely be back to get more cakes/pastry from Naveen Bakery.

Had very worst experience....I ordered a cake for my sons birthday.. I gave them lots of customisation.. But they did nothing not even a single thing I said was done by them.. It is a really wonderful bakery and coffee shop perfect for a quick bite or evening tea. They have gotten a superb tea that is a must try, along with other tasty bites and confectionery. The sitting area is moderately spacious only, and so the parking lot which is limited. Phone Pe and other medium profile online payment options are available, opposite to some identical items offered here, like some soups. The location is perfect and highly noticeable, as it is facing the iconic Y junction at the Gandhi main road. You will find the shop a little crowded ALWAYS, certainly showing the success rate of the business.

One of my favourite spot for Tea and Snacks .Bakery have UPI payment facilities .Bakery have Fresh cakes like Red velvet , White forest , black forest also tastes good . Good customer service .But I had an unsatisfied experience on ordering an 4 Kg eggless red velvet cake for birthday . Cake tastes good . But they didnt made the cake which I told them to make (I gave many personification on cake ) but they made a plan ( 2 tier ) red velvet cake . Not even a single topping .But on the whole bakery was good .

Good shop, decent seating arrangement, all sorts of bakery items available here. Fried rice extra also available. Anjumukku road lost its business because of the newly erected highway bridge across the railway line. So Ottapaalam should pickup in business. But the area slowly developing. Actually it should develop fast. Once the area is developed business will pickup here. Naveen bakery picked up considerably. I dont find any wash room here, May be one for the employees and it is not visible. Only washbasin for the incomers. That is why reduced star rating. You can easily find a place for parking along the roadside here so visit Naveen Bakery.
