I ordered matka veg biryani. It was awesome. Really loved its taste, quality, quantity and packaging. Delivery too was on time. Indeed a must try dish!

I have ordered veg momos, mushroom momos and Cheese ball. I must say all of the three items were out of the world. Every dishes where unique and super tasty. Have ordered for the first time and I thought it was a risk but it proved me wrong and I am so happy with my order. Looking forward to try some more delicious items from The Ladle. Thank you. We are so fortunate to have this place as this is the first cloud kitchen in Paradeep and also a boon in this pandemic. The service was speedy and the food tastes wonderful. Do check their rolls section, its awesome. Packaging is great.

Only home delivery option is available. The menu is quite exhaustive. The quality of food is also good and freshly prepared. The delivery time is within the proposed time at the time of order. Prices are reasonable.

The quality of the food is very good compared to other hotels in paradip. Some items seems to be a bit costly as quantity is less. For a foodie quantity would be a issue

Fabulous Job Guys!Tasty & well packed food with timely delivery at Paradip ! Had ordered Biriyani, would be better if you increase Rice quantity without compromising Quality! Chinese & Indian cuisines are of Good Quality!Still I have high hopes from them so giving 5 stars! keep it Up!

Food quality is good and they are trying to improve it more

This review is especially for the customer service received from the owners end. I posted a story on instagram tagging the place and someone from the other side pinged me if the food was good, I shared the whole experience and what he did was something beyond. He delivered the food again to my place, the whole preperation was as per my preference, instructions and they won our heart. I ordered Chicken momos, chicken dragon, garlic chicken, schezwan paneer, everything reached hot, well packaged, no spillage and the whole experience was worth the wait.

Great food. The food packaging is quite good too. Would love to see more food options though. For now Chineese and Indian cuisine is available and they taste great.

Honestly, I am going to give it 10 stars. You know why ? Cause first thing first, the food is getting delivered to the house.I think it’s the only Cloud kitchen doing it in Paradip. And the food is just finger licking good , no doubt there. Even People were very professional. 100 stars to THE LADLE.
