Best Indian restaurant in Oslo. The place is quite cozy and theres nice music.the best thing is of course the food. Try the lamb chops! Service is very good but it can take a while to get your food. I think its mostly because they have so many take out orders...

Was quite disappointed after hearing so many recommendations about this place. Maybe if I try it again, then I can come and eat at the restaurant and ask for the dish to be made for an asli Hindustani to eat.. The food taste was not normal at all, seemed extremely altered to the Norwegian pallette maybe, it seemed like sugar was poured into it, even when I specifically chose to have it spicy(Madras level) when ordering the food for delivery. But even without spice, a butter chicken should taste like a butter chicken, and not that sugary and tomato-ey mess that was delivered to me.It should have been called the sugar tomato curry with chicken.On top of that, the laminated container, while peeling off the laminate from the top, the plastic ripped and the whole container slipped, as it was falling I caught it and only nearly half fell to the floor.Okay that part has nothing to do with why my rating is 2/5, but heres why I included it.. I did not care that nearly half was wasted, because the taste was so disappointing.It also seemed that the restaurant did not check any of the notes we provided while ordering food, imagine if we had any serious allergies and they just ignore our notes.. also ignored our spice level choices, dont provide choice if you ignore what it is.I hope that the cook was just having a bad day and that nobody else gets what I did.It has been a few days now since the order, so I have at least cooled down a bit.If I had done any of this the same day, this would have been so much more extreme.My apologies for the level of rating, but it really was very disappointing, please change my mind in the future.

Ordered chicken tikka masala, to be honest it was the worst tikka masala experience ever. First, it didn’t look or taste like tikka masala. It was tasteless and difficult to eat knowing how it should have tasted and look like. The garlic naan on the other hand was ok.

The restaurant has good ambience, humble and friendly staff, delicious food. I have traveled many countries across Europe and tasted Mango lassi at Indian Restaurants and I would rate this as one of the best :) The slogan eat, drink and enjoy well suits the restaurant. Surely there are good vibes in there, the name Khushi meaning happiness is relevant and evidently vibrant.

I had the chicken korma. Unfortunately they did not cut of the bloodvain from the chicken breast and when I was eating blood spryed out. Not something you would like to see from your chicken. I guess this is not dangerous to eat since the chicken was completely cooked. I hope it had a temp over 62°C to kill the bacteria.

Beste indisk i Oslo!!My favourite Indian place - we’ve been there multiple times and tried several different dishes - everything has been amazing. Flavorful and exciting with a really great wine selection. I loved all the “chefs specials” from the menu.

Too expensive! Bad quality! TOO SALTY!!! My god! we specifically asked for no salt and everything was faaar too salty even the rice by itself!! The sauce in itself was not bad, but had nothing to do with what we ordered = tikka masala and butter chicken. Did not taste indian whatsoever. The chicken was first price recomposed cubes and barely cooked enough. A place i’ll never order from again.

Definitely Løkkas best Indian restaurant!I usually eat there (or pick up takeaway) 1 to 2 times each week and have been extremely happy every single time. Cozy to sit there, very good selection of vegetarian dishes, nice service. Highly recommended!

Ordered through wolt and the food arrived before the expected delivery time! The food also tasted very good until I found a hair in the food .. This is incredibly awkward when you have eaten a good part of the dish already. This is also what makes me choose another Indian restaurant next time. Thumbs up for fast delivery and flavor, a big thumbs down for hair in the food.

Was on the loop on Friday, and googled for an Indian eatery from where we were. This place was closest to us from where we were, so we went yours. Had not been there before and had no expectations of how this would turn out. The food was incredibly good. Both were super happy with their dishes. The waiter was nice and stood. Always ready to help and serve us. Good Indian beer and. Recommended! 👍👍

My review is not based on food, as we never got any. The waitress spent a long time giving us menus, but never came and took any order. Although the next table got attention as just that. After 25 minutes of closed menus and obvious attempts to make eye contact with him, we got up to leave. Ironically, he noticed it immediately.

A disappointing experience. On impulse, we chose this restaurant and thought that Indian is Indian food as we have tasted at other Indian / Pakistani restaurants. We ordered two dishes with garlic - chicken garlic tikka and chicken garlic Karahi. Lots of half fried onions and peppers followed the chicken pieces, but where was the garlic? We did not notice anything about it during the meal nor afterwards as you know when eating garlic dishes. The naan bread was half fried. The staff was more concerned with serving the Fodorah commanders who made sure the exit door was open. It was uncomfortably cool in the room. With a little more attention to the guests - follow-up and warmth on the premises, the experience would have been somewhat better. The food must also be prepared so that onions and peppers are fried when served. This was one disappointing restaurant visit when you get a bill of over NOK 700! Here are great opportunities to improve the experience with the right focus!

I personally had two winners both Butter Chicken and mix grill ...Highly recommended for both the food and the service we received.All our guests have been with them after the birthday because of the food and so have we. Was recommended by the boss to his girlfriend to try out the restaurant. Came here with friends today and was surprised by the service! Incredibly nice! Always make sure we had enough of everything.
