They are very much irresponsible to their work.Customer have to wait for many hours.Not teke any responsibility for insurance claim.

The customer care and the hospitality is very poor. Customer has to keep waiting for much longer time than expected. The work is done with the speed of tortoise.I will not recommend any one to buy any policy from here

Not taking any responsibility for Life Insurance claim.Insurance karwate time to ghar se hi karwa dete hai or jab claim ki baat aati hai to head office wale dekhenge hmare hath me nahi hai.I suggest to all please do not take any policy from HDFC Life.
