The staff and owners are bit rude, didnt expect such response from a newly opened store. The basic hygiene of any shopkeeper is being humble, products a customer can purchase from anywhere. Firstcry app has everything to order online it but personal experience and gesture which brings customer to offline stores, which is huge time a miss here!!

Giving one rating because of multiple factors:1. Cheap Products at high prices.2. Better discount at other brand stores in city.3. Better discount on same product on First Cry App in comparison to offline store.4. Less variety in comparison to other brand stores in city.5. Low quality/ local products and tag of BabyHug/ First Cry brand pasted on it.
