Poor service and staff is too much Rude. Cheap hotel. Not recomended. Fully money waste

Not at all worth it as compared to the charges being charged by this hotel. The “Luxury Rooms” A/C, Reg isn’t working. Mineral water bottle provided is of very low quality and good quality bottles are chargeable. Food ordered is extremely poor where we had to waste 80% of the food ordered. Honestly, will never stay in this hotel or with this chain.

Awesome place to stay. The ambience is superb nice parking facilities and good service staff. They arrange for marriage function too. If u r traveling long and wanna stop in between then u can relax here :)

Staff need to learn how to welcome the guest. On this pandemic hotel business badly effect if you treat like this how can you expect the guest.Postive point : They have good room setup. Beautiful Place for party events. The ground floor Hall is optimum for 150-200 persons gathering. The decorators can add further to its beauty. Hotel staff is good and cooperative. Food is good and rather delicious. Location is also convenient as the hotel is located on main Road, GT Road, (NH-1). It has a small lawn on the rear side of the Hall. Bar is also one of the best in town with wide variety of munchies and snacks. A good package hotel in total.

Tried this basic veg sizzler and it was pretty good.

The hotel is not worth the tariff at all. Rooms are too conjested. Breakfast is a big disappointment. And the service is worse than a cheap/budget hotel. Takes them half n hour to get a bottle of coldrink , something which is readily available. Imagine how much time it would take if you order food. Looks like they are understaffed. So my suggestion is,place the order for breakfast in the night itself. Moreover, the staff has zero Courtesy and are rude.

The food was good, but over-priced. The room was okay in size, bathroom was bit small but manageable. My travel was due to my exam so I had issues with lights in the room, very low light. The dulex rooms have balcony option which makes the room fully vantilated, not like other hotels in Panipat which even lack a closed glass. The breakfast was very impressive and tasty.Overall experience was Good.Lack of light in room was the only issue, till the time sun was out is was okay, was later it made it very difficult to study.

We had an arrangement for ring ceremony. The service was pathetic although the food in taste was good and the ambience was fine too. But the staff couldnt register their inability to serve properly even after so many attempts of the complainant. The manager couldnt understand the difference between a table spoon and service spoon and gave lame excuses.

The rooms are very cozy and beautiful, the washroom is a bit small but neat and tidy, the food is alright, breakfast menu is very limited, i couldnt use the pool coz it wasnt maintained. The hospitality is good.its in the heart of the city

The place looks good but the Room service was very bad. We ordered tea, it came an hour late and it was cold and tasted horrible. The cleaning staff didnt come even after constantly calling and asking them to. The service was very slow. We ordered water after everyone was dehydrated and exhausted, they took half an hour to bring it. The lift doesnt come half of the time and the other half, they lock it, when it is supposed to work and you have to wait for a personnel to show up so they can unlock it. The food was also very basic, not good.The location of the hotel is right in front of the highway so its very hard to sleep because of all the trucks at night.Overall, Im not very happy with the service. I went to stay at the place for a wedding with my whole family and none of us were satisfied.

It is a good family restaurant. It has two options for seating. On the ground floor there is a fast food option available with self service. On the first there is hotel and restaurant. Food is same for both options. Their Chinese platter is very good, it has huge quantity which can feed 3-4 people easily. Their panner and mushroom kulcha are great.

Food is awesome. Interior is good. One thing i do not like is that there is self service only. Good place for family dinners. Must try Hyderabadi Biryani here.

If u get a room facing highway it will be quite a night of disturbances for you. Quality of food is poor & their complimentary breakfast seems complimentary by taste. Better you opt for accomodation only & try out nearby options like Nathus for breakfast. Affordable room at noticeable location is the plus.

A great Hotel in Panipat.Although I did not stayed at Hotel so I have no room experience.. but I am sure it would be premium..We get feelings of premium quality atmosphere in the Hotel Gold.It also has a separate Kitty Party Hall.I just loved it.. 😍

The hotel is located bang on the GT Road. If you plan to stay here then you have to go below the Panipat flyover. The hotel is at a good location. Parking is available. Breakfast spread is limited. Room service is costly but the food quality and quantity is decent. Rooms are clean and spacious and well maintained. Staff is helpful.

WORST hotel in panipat..i booked rooms in this hotel for my guests..fake food bills made by staff, guests were treated badly, bad food ,poor service..they upgraded one of the rooms without telling me or my guest and charged double amount at checkout and upon asking why v were not told about it, they said its understood and blamed us instead.they charged Rs. 1000 for a lost room key, which was found later and returned to hotel..but they declined to refund the amount and start behaving rudly. would not advice anyone to stay in this hotel

Looks like a just an ordinary hotel from outside on gt road.. but is massive from inside. Nice neat clean hygenic rooms. Good swimming pool and gym available.Took one star beacuse the food is not so good in taste as it could have been..

Very good option to stay in panipat with fine dining restaurant. Halls for party and marriage are available and are very good with good menu option. Open marriage is also possible as they have their own garden of capacity 500-800 apprx. Easily noticable from the highway.
