Very good hospital . my experience i would like to share the dental doctor GS pradeep very good doctor for dental treatments and very less fess no more medicine and effective and good treatment

I never had such a bad experience..Yesterday night my son (3 year old) accidentally put small paper in the nose, I bring him in the hospital. I think the doctor was sleeping when we arrive, she is not a good mood I felt, so she was trying to remove the paper from the nose. My son was crying and hit her hand, suddenly she stopped what she was doing and said you can bring him tomorrow morning or go to Medical college. We just left from there and find another one hospital, they removed in 1 minutesReally this is the service from Multi Super Speciality Hospital.

The doctor prescribed heavy medication just on the basis of my symptoms without getting any tests done. I recently went to a different hospital and got all the tests done, they said the medication prescribed was not necessary in my case and it gives severe side effects (which I got). Im giving 2 stars because the dental department (visited almost two years ago) was pretty good compared other hospitals around.

You have to carry cash for any payments else have to share our credit card or debit card PIN details with the hospital authorities, which from my point not acceptable.Reason told was about the COVID situation. They are taking card from me but not the machine for entering the details. In hotels they kept toothpicks for these things. Dont know why here there are no alternatives.

This hospital have a clean surroundings. It have a hygiene environment.They Take Good care for the patients. Doctors here are also good.Clean rooms and Good facilities are there. There is a big parking area in front of the hospital. It is very near to the Main road.

Punctuality is needed for doctors.. Usg and ct scans are slow even its emergency.. So you have to come this hospital multiple times for treatment... I dont suggest this hospital if you live far away from this hospital... Poor management.. I have seen many disappointed patients here...

Well experienced doctors and staff nurses

Good.. well maintained new blocks and nice patient care. But still they wont accept digital payments. For emergency we cant use bank cards. We have to run for nearest ATMs . Ridiculous. Canteen service is horrible..

24 hrs service.Accident and trauma care available.Good parking facility.Economic treatment packages.Ortho and General medicine department is too good.Booking available. Mostly crowd will be there.Clean and ca area.Rooms found affordable.Nice Doctors.Good staff. Have wonderful experience and mutual understanding.Managing each department individually by employees itself.

Experienced doctors..Clean and hygiene environment

NSS Medical mission is a multi speciality hospital run by NSS SOCIETY. The hospital has become fully operational in the new building fully equipped with all the facilities. Doctors on the rolls are very good some of the doctors are working at the hospital for long time and charges at the hospital are less as compared to the other hospital around. Rooms provided are very good and spacious with bedding provided. Staff is good. Pharmacy like all hospitals around is too slow and takes a lot of time none of the hospital care about it patients spent most of their time in front of pharmacy. Best thing is the parking a lot of space with lot of trees around so vehicles can be parked under shade.it has 24 hours casualty. One more thing is the lab facilities to the point and sharp results and at moderate prices.

All specialities available. Experienced staff and good doctors make the life easier. New building complex is very hygienic and spacious.Need to work on the booking system. While booking on the phone file shall be transferred to the respective doctors than waiting for the patient to come and take the file.

I had never seen such a irresponsible staff and nurse..... patients are not getting enough care and services.The Management must take action against them....So bad......

Facilities are good now. But availability of doctors is a problem... Hope it clear soon...

I have ever seen such irresponsible harrasing staffs. My father is a diabetic patient and in almost all hospitals insulin is available in casuality . In a critical situation we requested for insulin and the the response was like this First I have to take an OP ticket then have to consult doctor then patient has to collect insulin and syringe from pharmacy, as they will not keep insulin in casuality. Then only they will give insulin. Condition of my father was critical as he forgot to had insulin and had food. His head was spinning and had severe headache. We requested to check his sugar level and gave him insulin, the response from casuality nurse was harrasing. We directly went to nearby hospital CM. With in seconds they checked sugar level and enquired about the current insulin dosage and gave him insulin. After 1 hour he was fine and allowed to leave. It was such a bad experience from NSS hospital pandalam.2

No 24hr Electronic cash transfer facility in Hospital to pay the bills, otherwise we have to pay an extra amount for the money transfer through the swiping system
