Nalukettu is a fantastic place to dine in with family. Staffs are friendly and the good thing about this place is covid protocols are maintained at all times. Food is amazing and if you want to have a buffet thursday are the day to do it. Great place highly recommend for family

Had been to this place yesterday. The service was very bad. This was not my first visit...had been to this place several times and all the time had the same worst experience w.r.t service. We ordered for normal meals and the wait time was almost one hour....there were not many people as it was eid and also due to covid protocols the crowd was very lass. The serving lady was tooooo arrogant to even reply or serve !!! The food was atrocious....and the fried fish was definitely a stale one!!!! Since they serve alcohol there, many do not actually get the true taste of the food served here and so they get away with bad quality termed as good !!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK....and DEFINETLY NOT A TRY !!

We had Onasadhya Today,very poor service and worst food in the UAE,high price and poor quality and quantity wise also less and no interest to serve or no one showing interest to serve more and staff behaviour is very bad with customers.in 42Aed we got the cold and frozen food is probabily cooked in the morning and kept open and ready to serve,instead take away is better at least the hot food can eat if there a proper packing..No hot water available and needs to purchase the bottle and they will heat and give you if you request.we never recommend for people who visit there for quality and tasty food
Interior needs proper renovation, staff is very friendly, food is fine. Looking for an Indian restaurant, Id say give this place a shot.

We were 5 people went for onam sadhya on thiruvonam day.started waiting in the que from 1pm to 3 45pm.that was quite understanding because there where rush for the lunch for onam sadhya.looking into thr end of waiting,when we started to have sadhya there were only 4 items of curries with sambar,pappadam and parippu.and the cost of one sadhya was 42 dhs.being a customer how can we digest the mentioned cost and the product provided.this is really disappointing that the restaurant had charged higher for low quality and quantity of food.atleast restaurant should reduce the price of meal when they realize most of the curries are over for the sadhya to make customers happy understating the situation of restaurant.Fortunate notice the service were good and unfortunately the price and food was poor.

Had dinner buffet here last Thursday. Very poor service. We had to ask them to refill the spread when its over. Even then too, they were not refilling it. They kept on saying that it will be refilled soon. Very bad food and experience. I dont recommend this place.

Very poor and pathetic service and food over there. We had buffet dinner with family on last Thursday and it made my big day very sad. There was no enough food and even though they are accommodating people just because it is buffet and they are keep lying that they are going to fill the food and they didnt. Not a recommendable place for buffet and family.

The naalukett in grant hotel has lost all its quality.It was a mistake going there. We were served with spoiled food... Smelly onion in the curry. Was changed only after we complained.I think management changed. Beware

One of the few places that has maintained its quality over the years. They have few chicken and beef dishes in their belt that wins them repeat customer. Its one the places that you can take your visiting guests and be sure that you wont have to listen them complain.

Nalukettu is one of the most famous South Indian restaurants with bar in Dubai which is in Dubai Grand Hotel, Al Qusais. Restaurant has good ambiance and very friendly staff. Good for family and friends gathering. Weekends are pretty much crowded but still you can easily find seat many of the time. Weekend buffet is very famous and Not too expensive

Staff coordination or service is below average and it is costly with no real discount or deals. Food was good. Head chef Santosh did a good job. I am giving 2/5 only because Service is below average and they are very business minded and do not go one step above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I think for any business, happiness of customer is priority. I had arranged a party and requested their coordination. They declined it stating we are busy. They were not willing to coordinate a bit. Manager was giving lame reasons when we asked to parcel the left over food. Overall the service is not suited for a restaurant in star hotel.If I would ever go to Nalukettu it would be only for the food prepared by the headchef but its a pity that the staff is not able to complement that.

Nalukettu mostly caters to Malayali cuisine and atmosphere. Non malalayis would be comfortable too. I treated my staff a couple of times at the restaurant and we all enjoyed the experience. Food is served by sari clad smart women. Lights are not too bright, alcoholic drinks are available. Happy hours for drinks are observed. Food taste, presentation and service is great. Weekend buffets is a must experience. Buffet is economical with wide variety of items on offer

Food and service is good.But, At times the staff teaches you or tries to give you an insight of how to eat food, which seems insulting and irritating. I guess its the lack of training and attention to detail, that should be given to the staff.But overall, its always an OK experience.

We were group of 15 people who visited this amazing place in Damascus Street, the menu who was exclusively designed to push or force the customers to go for buffet hence they did not even print the menu in a booklet they just printed in a sheet of paper because they know that nobody is going to order.Waiter & waitress spoke very little which was the best thing in the restaurant, reason is not the professionalism but the main reason was they do not know English. 😂The least thing which I should mention about the restaurant is the food where the buffet costs 50 dirhams per head, out of all the items which we had curd rice was the (only) best thing so I ate it more than three times.Btw, we ordered mojito but we got sugar syrup with a piece of lemon which we enjoyed a lot.
Nalukettu is traditional kerala style restaurant inside Dubai Grand hotel qusais. They serve fresh Kerala style food on weekdays as per order. You can have nice appam with veg kuruma or beef piralan, which is normally great. Even though its family restaurant, they serve liquor too. Prices are moderate and parking behind building is always available.
