Working hours are long. Foy oyo i have 10 hours 20 min shift. The good thing is its 5 days working and provide cab facility as well. There are multiole benifits provided to the employees by the company.

Concentrix is a very big bpo industrie there is in chd. There are lots of process in it like Uber HDFC Axis MMT OYO apart from thisVery good managment system also there. Rotational shift timings can a little hectic for someone but other than that everything is good. Nice company to work in.

Its a call center, you dont get respect here, if you going for an interview go Early as possible because they will be leaving you by late night,which is ridiculous, its like a prison, and shifting hours are 10hours ans 20 mins with long enough and violating laws of government, it is not legal for keeping working hours as more than 8 hours.i hope this will reach them and they will understand why people leave jobs from there after two three months.
