Products are not genuine.I purchased a ladies purse cost Rs.1000/- and at time of purchasing i have been told that if there is any issue till 1 year then you can come and we will resolve it. It was a branded Shimmer.After 15 days all of its color outer body got fed up and when i visited the shop then they told to come after 15 days at it will be sent to delhi.I again visited after 16 days and at that time Aunty was present at the shop.She told that still purse has not came and it is still in shop. I immedietly call up the uncle on mobile and then he said we have submitted it at delhi and ask me to wait,but when i said that aunty is saying that it us still in shop then he refused to reconfirm recognise me and said to come after 1 week. Again i went after 1 week as now after 2-3 days schools were about to open. What intresting part is that while entering the shop i found that uncle is sitting outside and he watched ne but i ignored him and went inside the shop. Aunty was there and when i asked about the pursee then first she showed aa she does not know me but when i told him background then she said that uncle is out of station,ao i asked to give me number and me call him. As soon as i started dialing the number then aunty got stand from her chair and movee back by giving a direction to uncle to come. U cle came and said that still bag is at shop and instead of this you can this another( I believe it was low price but he disnot discussed about price).On next day i came will my wife to take that bag and when i said if there is a issue in this then aunty and her daughter (may be).. said now nothing will happen.I said that Rs.900/- cost much and you r selling a brand but they started giving me example of wrangler etc . Let me conclude--- Its not a critisism which i want to do but here i want to highlight some points which i believe every one should know. 1- Such a low quality products used by a branded shop in Sector 20 Panchkula Haryana. 2- After purchasing and paying the amount,i was treated like that they are not in market to make customers although ,its a bull race just sell the items 3- No Ethics been involved.I am really demotivated and now thinking to take this concern upto the other brands which are been sold in the shop and also with shimmers.I will come up with another review soon with the condition of bag which i have a new one in replacement.Thanks.and request to owner as do not take it personally.Its only the pain has came which i have felt.Bye
